Conley Lisa J DDS reviews
7A small office that always greets you with a. Smile and does even better work!
Not sure what the negative reviews are about, but here's my start to finish:
First time going to the dentist in a long time (think like 1/3 of my life), and so of course there was anxiety, jitters, and a fear of judgement. There was none. Dr. Lisa Conley was absolutely OUTSTANDING, as was the receptionist.
Going to a family dentist is the best way, I was the only one in the office (besides the dentist and receptionist) so it was quiet, I felt comfortable. The building was clean and comfortable, it didn't have that creepy hospital feel to it, it was welcoming.
She was honest with me, friendly, talkative (at my request), and answered every question with zero judgement.
As long as I live nearby, I will go here for any dental work that they'll let me go for.
SoMe dentist put there financial gain in front of the best treatment for the patients
This dentist is one of them
The receptionist was really rude
And the dentist herself was very Sketchy she placed a crown in my mouth with a hole in it and didn't notify he
She also did a lot of sketchy work to my wife as well just for money and my ex wife who later found out she was Sketchy so beware I have nothing personal against this woman except what she done to me professionally
Dr. Conley's office does NOT follow the governor's mask mandate. Our family has been a part of this practice for 5 years, and my husband cannot wear a mask because of a medical problem. Throughout the worst part of the pandemic, he was able to be seen in this office - he waited in the car until they were ready for him. But now that cases are falling and things are finally getting better, all of a sudden they decided to discriminate against him. When Maureen, the office manager, called to *cancel* his scheduled cleaning, she acknowledged that Dr. Conley was aware that the governor's mandate said that mask exemptions were to be honored by businesses - but they just didn't want to do it. It's medical discrimination and patient abandonment. It's a horrible way to treat someone who physically *cannot* wear a mask - to deny that person needed dental care. It's an even worse way to treat friends who have recommended your practice time and time again, and who have had a lot of work done (and paid a lot of money) in your office. We are beyond disappointed in Dr. Conley's lack of compassion and her unprofessional behavior. I'd give zero stars if I could.
I highly recommend Dr. Conley and her staff. From the first phone call to the patient care, I’ve never had such a positive dental experience. My young daughter even enjoyed getting her teeth cleaned and talks about Dr. Conley like a friend. Here you get very personalized care in a clean and convenient location in Westerville.
I have had good experience, receptionist is very kind and patient along with Lisa Conley.
