Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care, North Ridgeville OH

It was a good experience but the tech forgot to shut off the change oil indication, but I don't know if it was his fault or not as it took me 3 try's to get it turned off. But they did a good job.

Amazing customer service as well as technical service. I have used this Conrad's for 10yrs now. Always a pleasure, always wonderful service. Mike M the manager goes above and beyond to be helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

I picked up a souvenir of Center Ridge Road construction in one of my new tires (1000 miles on the set, almost exactly) - chunk of metal that slashed across the tread. The tires were purchased at Conrad's and included the road hazard warranty. The North Ridgeville team was a pleasure to deal with (as usual). Tire replaced, no fuss no muss. Thanks for a great experience.

Everything was fine except.the tire they replaced has 37 lbs.pressure in it and all the rest have different pressure.they should have taken time to at least check.

19.99 for Oil change and rotation special but I got charged $54 after taxes and fees because my car is full synthetic. I understand its higher grade, but $30 more expensive? I paid less at the dealer. I just went through with it because this location was close to my home, but wont again.

These guys were great. I was traveling on business and they were the closest by when my car started having troubles. They looked at it that day and by the time I checked out of the hotel the next morning my car was done. Very professional, accommodating, and friendly! Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service at this Conrad’s! I always receive a hello followed friendly small town conversation when I arrive to pick up my car. $19.95 oil change specials, you can’t beat!

My car is a 2007 with low mileage for age. Started a “annual checkup” years ago with Conrads where it is checked “for everything”. Aging gaskets, belts, etc were caught and fixed in time. All necessary fluids etc are routinely changed. Expect to be able to keep car for good long term value. Conrads does their part. Recommend both their North Ridgeville and Strongsville stores

Always great and quick service. Mike was very helpful in getting my car back in the afternoon, after I dropped it off at 5pm the day prior. Also, the videos they send give you peace of mind about what is going on. I will continue to take my car there when it requires service.

Nobody really wants to pay for car repairs, but when you have to you can’t do better than Conrad’s. Mike at the North Ridgeville store did an excellent job explaining what the issue was, how it happened, and what to do to prevent it from reoccurring all before we agreed to do any work. The repairs were done quickly and done well. Our repair, while pricey, was in line with what we expected to pay. We will definitely return and are happy to tell our neighbors and friends.

They are always welcoming and don’t over charge you. They do amazing work with fast turnaround.

Scheduled an oil change and found out I had a bigger issue under the hood and that my car was unsafe to drive until it was fixed. Mike offered to drive me to work and got my car back to me within a couple hours for a repair- something I thought would take at least a day or two which was great! Neal drove me home after I dropped off my car to get serviced. Amazing service and very attentive to customers. I know I can always trust Conrad’s whenever I need work on my car.
