Terrible service never trust these people.they’ll rip you straight off and tell you they did their job. I diagnosed my AC in my 1997 Yukon as it being my compressor. Having it tested twice the year before and being a refrigeration technician. Explaining that if one component is bad the whole system is compromised. Anyone knowing ac knows this lets in non-condesable material into the system. (will never operate correctly if contaminated) Telling them this that I have the money to replace the whole system, being a parts kit is roughly 200-400 dollars for THE WHOLE KIT. They call me a day later telling I am wrong and that it was the condenser & it will be 980 dollars. I told them I know the compressor is about to fail and it has test so. Long story short the tell me it’s holding pressure and that in wrong and to come get my truck. O get it a notice ink staines all over the compressor and intak and discharge hoses. One week later it goes out. I call and tell them.they tell me it was blowing cold before It left and if I wanted they can do it again for the price of parts which will be another whatever they mark it up to be or I could bring the part in and pay for labor.

Had an Appt for a tire plug called the place at 8am he told me to come in at 1: 30. When I pulled in at 1: 20 some very "pleasant" gentleman unloading a truck with tires asks me what I need and I told him I have an appointment for a tire plug and immediately says well it'll be a couple hours. Didnt even let me walk into the establishment. This fine gem of a man seemed to have loved his job. I got in my car and drove off. I have always used Conrad's off Heisley rd mentor ohio this the first time in painesville and it's my last time using Conrad's in general.

The employees were kind people. However, I would NOT recommend taking aftermarket wheels here. I was charged extra for the mount and balance. I then come to find out after replacing my front control arms and strut mounts, the issue was that my tires were balanced improperly. One was 2.5oz out of spec! This was extremely upsetting. The tech at the dealership I went to also stated that most likely Conrad's knew the wheels were still out of balance when they gave them back to me. They said nothing to me about it. TAKE YOUR AFTERMARKET WHEELS ELSEWHERE!

Hello Conrad's. I just want to say thank you for the free air. I hope people treat the free air the right way. You've saved me more than once.

In these days of end stage neoliberalism capitalism, a auto/tire shop that provides a outside air hose for free is a rarity.

Want to charger 155 just for diagnostic knowing that I know what i need.no thanks. I went to a local family owned place instead that listened to what I said i needed and they didn't charge me to figure it out.

I always visit this location for my tire needs. The staff is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will not go anywhere else.

After having a very negative experience at the Mentor Firestone, I came to this Conrad's to get an oil change and new tires. Everyone was very polite and professional. We even saved about $30 from what we would have spent at Firestone.

If you want HONESTY & INTEGRITY, this is the place to go! Andrew is simply the best - he & his staff go above & beyond for customers. I dropped my car off on a Fri night & by 9am Sat I had a call saying my car was inspected & ready for pickup! SO very satisfied with my visit!

Great place to get Free Air! Only issue is the parking near the Air, right next to a bay door, and during business hours, you might have to block the bay door.

They did an inspection of my car video and all to show me the same thing they were seeing. Makes it a more comfortable feeling paying for the work when you know exactly what it is that needs fixing and that they aren't trying to just get over on you. I'll be going back.

I needed new tires so look around conrad's was cheapest so made app.to get them done they were nice and fast I would remend people to go there for tires

Got new tires quick and easy. Set it up online dropped off my car. Bill made a video showing all the details and they called when it was done. No additional costs or fees.

Always great service! They send a video for updates. I get to see what's wrong in a video and then look back at it if I'm ever wondering what was fixed. Conrad's goes above and beyond every time!

My son referred me to Conrad's. I was happy with the counter service and impressed with the video check of the vehicle. I was given quotes on the trouble areas and when I asked the technician to prioritize the needed work it was not an issue. I also used my Senior Buckeye card for a discount.
