Great service! Mark is amazing. They send you a video of your car inspection so if you need any repairs you can see what they’re talking about from the comfort of tour bed. Super nice and gut services done in a timely manor. Plus if you call in with questions, they are happy to help and they don’t just try to get money out of you.

Conrads worked hard to find the right tire and rebates for what I need. They sent me a text of my vehicle as they were working on it. Very professional.

Very good service and very helpful.had tires put on.a few days later my tire light came on i called them they got me in right away and fixed my leaking valve stem and got me out fast.very helpful recommend to anyone

Had a blown tire and were one of the only shops around with my size available. Got it all taken care of for a great price thanks to them!

Very slow service waited for a oil change and bulbs replaced almost 2 hour wait they also looked at my muffler and inspection but almost 2 hour wait is crazy I waited that long before for just a oil change but they did offer a coupon last time because it took so long not this time prob will not go there anymore

This is my first time for service at Conrad in a long time. I got new tires last fall there and decided to have the service done there this time, I was using the dealer for service before. I did not feel pressured to have other maintenance done but they are informative regarding what’s suggested as needed for the mileage.

Been coming here for 7 years with multiple vehicles. They have always been respectful
knowledgeable, and get the work completed correctly and on time.

Great shop especially when Mark takes care of me. Besides buying my tires here, I also have routine maintenance and repairs done. Mark sends me a video of the problem and then at my OK fixes the problem. Do my tire rotations (free) and oil change there also. Thanks Mark.

I had ordered, scheduled, and prepaid for tires on a work van 5 days in advance. 3 hours after dropping the van off for the appointment, we get a call saying the tires were never ordered. How did they not know this sooner. So they had to keep the van an extra day. This was supposed to be done same day. Not having a company van for an additional day is not acceptable. Will be the last time we use this place.

Super fast and friendly staff. Told me exactly what my car needed and even sent me a video showing me what was wrong with it. Definitely recommend

Over 100 minutes for a simple oil change is very unacceptable. Give me a reason to come back. If not, you lose valuable customers. I will take my family’s cars that need service elsewhere, where they do an equal job at an equal price with considerable less wait time.

Conrad's on Snow Rd.is wonderful. The are honest and truly work with their customers. Service Manager Terry is very customer focused. I choose to always go to that specific location because of their professionalism.

I have had my share of tire problems to the point that I had to purchase a set of four. Conrad has always taken my vehicle in with no problems to fix any problems including rebuilding the valve stems. Good work and friendly staff.
