Came in to get my brakes done I was told They don’t do just brake pads it has to be brakes and rotors ended up spending about $800 one week later my steering was vibrating on hard Breaking I called them since it was under warranty they told me to bring it back they said they replaced every thing Three days later it started doing that again call them again after leaving the car there for a whole day they apparently fixed it well guess what It happened again so I took it to a different mechanic I got a fix there long story short he told me the way the job was done I wouldn’t have done it that way so now I am about 1300 in the whole Just for some breaks

2nd time I have used this shop. I'm not a normal person to write good or bad reviews. But these guys provided very good service.

I get the best service from Conrad’s in Solon. The entire team is polite and helpful. The services are always promptly provided. I don’t feel pressured to get the extras, but I trust their recommendations for my vehicle.

I left work and noticed that I had a flat tire. I went to the tire shop that was near my job. My car was looked at and I was told that I have a bent rim. I appreciate the honesty. Most shops would have tried to find a way to get money out of me. They where totally cool and didn't charge me anything. I also found out that my co workers son worked on my car. He is a nice young man. Conrad's thanks for just being honest. I will be back again. You've gained a customer.

Blew my tire while on my lunch break, and I was panicking because I didn't know how I would be able to get back to work on time. Conard's replaced all four of my tires (yes - all four) in only one hour. They also gave me a fair price - something that is not common for women when seeking to get car repairs.

I have been taking my vehicles to this local Conrad's for many years. They have earned my trust by fully explaining repair work needed and performing it in a timely manner. If I ever have an issue with a repair or its cost they address it to my satisfaction. Jon Gebler, the manager, and his team do superior work in my opinion. Customer satisfaction is what drives them each and every day.

My wife brought in the car for an oil change and they told her it was urgent that she get an alignment. She, not knowing any better, agreed to the service. Not only did I drive the car the day before and not notice anything out of the ordinary, we were planning on getting the tires and brakes done with an alignment in the summer. I will never give this place business again. Another shady repair shop.

I always go here for my oil change. Very friendly and they provide great service! They have popcorn and drinks while you wait. The manager John is a credit to this company when it comes to caring about the customer and the level of care they have for your vehicle

Unfortunately I like the work done here but they routinely forget my appointment/reservations. This is now the third time I have gone to them and they have no record of my appointment.

*Received a call from the manager next day- explained the problem and resolved it. Nice work.

Last week I needed 1 tire on my SUV. They had one in-stock but didn't have time to put it on that day so I left the car with them to be done the next day along with an oil change. I asked them if the car would be done by 2: 30pm because I needed it to pick up my kids from school by 3pm. They said "Absolutely, well before". I called the next day at 1pm to make sure it would be ready. "It's the next one in" they said. I got their at 2: 15pm and my car had not been moved much less fixed. When I asked what was going on they said it would just take 10min. With no other option I waited 20min for them to start on my one tire replacement. At 3pm (the time I am supposed to be picking up my kids 20min away) they brought my car around with the new tire (no oil change). When I got to the school my kids were sitting on the front steps with a teacher waiting. I was furious!
When I stopped in for the tire I also made an appointment for an oil change on my wife's van a week later. Today we dropped the van off right at 2: 30pm as scheduled for the oil change and ordered 2 new tires to be put on at a later date. We were promised it would be ready by 5pm. When we returned at 5pm the van had not been touched! They said "It's the next one in". I composed my self and asked what was wrong with them. He replied back "We've been busy and I've been trying to catch up for 3 weeks". We cancelled the oil change and the tires and vowed to never return. I encourage you to do the same. Conrads in Solon, Ohio has let me down for the last time!

I've been here twice now for the same reason: random nail acquired in tire. Both times the staff was helpful, communicative, and didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. The only complaint is how long the wait time is for job completion for a walk in.

They are friendly and professional. They explained to me that even the specs appeared the sames between the BMW and Mercedes tires, the speed ratings are different. That helped me select the right tires for my car. Their price is very competitive and they spend time to correct a small imperfection on the alignment of my car. I liked the fact that it has more of a local business style and they do a quality job. They are pretty busy but will try to get you in and out quickly.

Beware! After several good visits, the last time I went there turned out poorly. In addition to brakes (that I knew about) they said I had a cracked ball joint that they could replace for $400. I passed and took it to my regular shop who could not find a problem, so I took it to another shop and they also did not find a problem.

The mechanics were trying to take advantage of me. I know that happens at a lot of places but I think it's a horrible way to run a business. Unprofessional.

I had to take my truck back there 3 times to get them to properly fix the exhaust and muffler. Even after the 3rd time it fell apart only after a few months. I will not be going back for a 4th go around and will just eat the $700 (which is outrageous to begin with) I spent to get this work done. Their whole staff is incompetent and have definitely lost my business forever.

When I had a tire problem, they took care of me. I managed to replace all my tires with all weather tires without breaking the bank. Their guarantee is impressive, though I've never had reason to use it.

Very courteous. Go in for oil changes and they always do a good inspection and give an estimate or replacement parts and labor when needed. If I can fix it myself, I do, otherwise they do a good job. Never have to wait more than about an hour and small change for oil change and tire rotation. Worth the wait because they take time inspecting. If it's just time for an oil change, it goes quicker.
