Conscious Kitchen, Cincinnati OH

I had the unpleasant experience walking into conscious kitchen less than an hour ago. I asked for a menu to take with me and the young lady behind the counter gave me the most negative energy because I asked the question for a menu.
She basically overlooked me, to help another customer with a pickup order so here's my review if that is a black owned establishment and they expect black people to frequent their establishment I suggest that the customer service be a little bit more better for us too make the decision to spend our money in that establishment owned by a person that has the same color skin as I so with that being said I will never come back into that establishment in order any food even though I've never had it so she just lost a good customer and that's my review

Is this place even open anymore? Google and DoorDash say yes, but their phone and cancelled orders say no. Twice this week I have been charged for my order but it was canceled over half an hour later with no explanation. This place used to be awesome too: (if you're closed at least take yourself off DoorDash or other people don't get charged

The MUSIC upon walking in just set the tone for a great vibe. The young lady that took my order was helpful and patient as I tried to figure out what I wanted to order. Can’t wait to come back with my friends!

I loved this place but it has really dropped in quality over the last year. I just ordered a burger and the carrot fries and they are soggy as hell AND they didn’t give me the egg rolls. Why?

Trash all my food tasted old Fire the cashier she don’t greet you she’s very dry she take long to serve you the aquatic roles were horrible they tasted old

I rarely leave reviews but this needed to be said. I have dined here several times and enjoyed the food so I door dashed my food to my job last week, disappointed because it was not the correct order. I was told by a server that I could have a credit and use the next time I ordered, wrong. Just got off the phone with a very unprofessional, and rude employee who said she could not authorize the credit, (I named server) I can wait until that server comes in. I’ve never heard of such nonsense, it was a business error, why should have to wait until a certain employee for the issue to be rectified, smh. Very disappointing!

Just ordered take-out from here for the first time. The Cuban Sandwich was amazing - tangy, juicy, with a kick. My daughter had the Gobbler sandwich, and said it was the best turkey burger she'd ever had. Veggie egg rolls were super fresh and crispy. Fast, friendly service. Highly recommended. Also, great artwork in the dining area.

Wonderful atmosphere. Friendly, courteous and awesome service. The artwork is also fascinating and beautiful. The food is absolutely fantastic and healthy. I ordered the salmon salad, citrus iced tea and aquatic egg rolls. Delicious!

For my first visit as great as the food was I will NOT be returning! The young lady at register didn't speak. I waited patiently for 8 mins before being spoke to! She even walked past me to hand others food. The food was awesome except my friend doesn't eat meat.and they put all our food together in boxes.

OMG! Today was the 1st time I have ever had a turkey burger. I got the Southwest Burger and it was Phenomenal. I've had the tuna melt before also and it was great. Fresh homemade fries and onion rings, not to mention the peach and splash teas. Everything that I've had from here is exceptionally great!

I was excited to try the food, I ordered the Cuban sandwich and the aquatic egg rolls. The food came up quick within 10 mins, I went to the car. The first bite of both item's were disappointing. The food was not hot nor tasty. I contiplated returning the food, which I should have done. I decided I would offer the leftovers to family or friend. No one wanted to take it, so it went to the trash. I was very disappointed and decided not to eat here again.

Yesterday was my first visit to restaurant and I'm as impressed as all said I would. Jay is a pleasure, very welcoming! See you all soon.

Conscious Kitchen makes me happy I work in Clifton! Absolutely excellent food and black excellence in ownership! Keep rockin!

Quite literally disgusting seeing every worker wearing NO MASK. No mask when communicating with guests and none of the cooks wore it either. It’s sad, the food smells amazing but I wouldn’t trust it from what I saw.

I give honest reviews, I feel really bad that I've sent over 1200 people here and given a 5 star rating on the Cubans and the quinoa, however, called and asked for the manager and the lady that answered the phone knew exactly who I was, I ordered 2 cubans and 2 quinoa and a hibiscus tea. The tea was awesome as always however, the cubans were not the same at all very disappointing and the quinoa was so SALTY that it was not edible. I have waited for a call back and as of today nonetheless I haven't heard from conscious kitchen. I asked if it was a new cook and gave it the benefit of doubt and I must apologize to those who I've sent to this restaurant, the prices are the same but the quality of the food definitely isn't the service from Ms. April was awesome as usual however, she couldn't compensate for the food. The server that I talked to even assured me that this would be given to the manager and it would be taken care of, still no call yet. I am so very disappointed. I guess it's not conscious here anymore about what we put into our bodies nor us loyal patrons and I've been going to conscious kitchen since it was in it's old spot. My feelings are hurt as well due to the non response of this matter and the great clean food that they offered for years. The 2 stars was for the hibiscus tea, the art and the server!

Honestly my favorite evening place.the service was very welcoming and observant.bring your hunger - portions are large.

Doors open @ 11a.m & love the Aquatic Rolls but the fryer was down I just ask with ALL DUE RESPECT. Can we do better mine blessings and much success! So I ended up getting the Tuna Melt first time for everything it was ok. I've a few other selections and they were great thanks again.
