I purchased a 40 foot HC and the whole process was super simple! The purchase was super easy and fast and the delivery was flawless! Darla was my sales rep and she was nice and easy to talk to. Mark was the delivery driver and he was able to drop the container flawlessly on my prepared site. My property has challenging obstacles to work around and Mark was able to drive through the property without touching a tree or damaging anything. Super impressive! I’ll for sure purchase through Container One if I need another container in the future!

After exploring several other companies and almost being SCAMED by a couple I settled on Container One. Their prices were fair and their communications were very good. I couldn't make the first attempt for delivery and they were very accommodating, no hassle. I just took delivery today and the driver (Albert) was excellent. The location was not easy yet he did it without any issues. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend or family.

Fair prices, good customer service, and the drivers are always polite and on time. I have bought 6 containers from container one and will continue to purchase more.

After calling, emailing and texting five other companies, Container One was the only one to answer and help out. The answered all my questions and was able to provide me a container at a very reasonable cost.

Ordered a container at the end of October with a delivery date of 10 to 15 days. I paid 2400.00+ in full. Now it’s early December with no container. I’m guessing they sell containers that aren’t available at the time of the sale. I’m also guessing that high yield bank accounts get 6% so for just holding my money for over a month got them an extra 15.00. Now multiply that by the # of containers sold. Win-Win for them.
I will be sure to let all my rancher groups know my thoughts. Use a local company.

I was hesitant based on negative reviews. I shared that with the salesman and he assured me that the Dallas/Fort Worth ports were reliable and consistent with providing containers on time. In just over 2 weeks I had my 40' high cube delivered to my property. I did my part to prepare the site and the delivery driver placed it right where I wanted it to go. Pleased with the whole process.

All in all a great experience. As a first time buyer, the buying information and the price was very good. The delivery driver, Steve was a master at his craft. He placed the container exactly in the spot I needed it and I do mean exactly! Steve was courteous, punctual, and knowledgeable beyond my expectations. When I need another container I will be a repeat customer with Container One.

This was my fourth container I have purchased from Container One. And I am shocked every time of how nice the containers are for being used.

The entire experience was fantastic. From placing our order to the delivery. Everyone was nice. It took a little longer than we were first told to get them but it still was fine. We ordered two and Quincy the delivery person was great. Delivered one, then the second the next day. The best part is that they were able to find us the same color and brand name which for the used ones was a pleasant surprise. They look better than we thought they would. We couldn't be more pleased.

It went as expected, I made my order and they got back to me quickly, anytime I called them, there was always a helpful person to answer my questions, they ship a lot of containers so don’t miss your delivery date, or it could take a little longer than three weeks to get your container, the container I received was in good condition, good floor, no holes, doors sealed tight, not even a mouse could get in, the driver was exceptional, he had his hands full getting my container into place around the trees and and fences in my yard but he did fine, something to keep in mind is, the prices on containers fluctuate according to availability at the time of the order, I would buy from them again
