I spoke with Pam & Ashley at Continental Mgmt about an email I received today that I had a past due balance. I called promptly to say this had to be a mistake as I show I am current through Aug 2023. These ladies were so unprofessional. They told me they had the wrong mailing address for 2 years because they have received my payment books back.but never thought to call me or email me to see what the new address was? (We are a business that owns a condo where they manage the HOA). Upon speaking with a board member of the HOA, she informed me that they have had many complaints about this HOA mgmt co. Waiting for Jenny to call me back to resolve this matter and would have no issues removing this post if they can handle this professionally.
I would not recommend using this co if you have an HOA.

Not impressed with this company at all. Supposed to take care of our condo association needs. Dead bushes, peeling paint, trash. They do nothing but our HOA pays them every month to make sure our community is well maintained. They just can't get the results.

Very bad service!
I’m writing on behalf of six different condominiums in Richmond Heights area (house, number 686,666,682,4804,660,641). Each and everyone of them paid on time the amount they needed, but they also got a letter in the mail, saying they all have a late fee. This is not the first time something like this is happening very disappointed of the service. Specifically disappointed about a lady name Angela that was really rude! And disrespectful on the phone.

By far this is the worst management I’ve had to deal with in 35 years. If I could I’ll give no stars I would, because one star means they are trying but they are not.

So frustrated with this company. They do nothing to help you work through issues, but happy to send you invoices for late fees, and not the actual invoices for dues. Asked them multiple time to correct the situation with no luck. Very unprofessional too.

Worst and most unprofessional experience by the staff here. Not that they don't send their invoices for dues on time, but they charge you late fees. When you call to work it out, they are not the most helpful that if you are lucky to speak with someone. Really frustrating experience. Going to do everything I could to get the board to replace them.

Great customer service from Maritzah. She quickly discovered the billing issue, and she moved quickly to get the problem resolved as quickly as possible. Maritzah was kind, professional, and most of all very helpful. I have worked with many management /HOA's, so far, I am very impressed with the quality of service representatives.

Keep getting charged late fees when I pay on time. Nobody is ever in the office to help. Anytime I call, I get the emergency service line that cannot provide any actual help. Talk about helpless.

Everything is falling apart under Continental management. 3 months and still water and exposed electric wires on building main hallway, City of North Olmsted Inspector can't force them to do their job.but I pay HOA and pay them.what a shame.

CM is a competent management company for homeowner associations. My experience with them is that their staff is being asked to manage too many associations. They are almost always trying to bounce too many balls in the air. Turnover at the managers support staff does not help.

Poor communication.when you do get a response. I've had someone respond to a message MONTHS later. Their website desperately needs to be updated - especially the payment process for HOA fees. The website times out and makes it near impossible to even pay dues.
