Continental Message Solution reviews
3This job is very stressful. The management and the owner try to act like you are one big happy family until you need time off. They talk badly about the clients between each other. The AOM Jeff Potts is a racist and very aggressive. If Jeff does not like you he will harass you and there is no kind of understanding if you have any personal situations that come up. Upper management and the owner and HR are fully aware of his behavior and they allow it and say nothing. This is one of the worse companies I have ever worked for. I would not give this company my business if I were a client and I would not work for this company. Dont let them fool you with the this is one big happy family and we will treat you like family because we care. THEY DON'T CARE!
I researched over 40 hotline centers and conducted more than a dozen reference calls before I finally settled on CMS as the solution provider for my company of over 5,000 employees. The CMS transition completed earlier than scheduled and we were under budget both for installation and years of use. I repeated the same for my next employer of 10,000 employees a few years later. Both companies are still using the solution and even expanded services. They love it, and I'm proud to say that working with CMS has been one of my greatest career contributions to I've made for my employers. Full speed ahead, CMS!
Please do your research and take these reviews seriously before you accept an offer of employment. I wish I had. Ask others how it is doing call center work, to see if it’s a fit for you. It’s definitely not for everyone. Also, if you’re used to physical work and have never done a remote job before, this will be a hugely drastic change for you. You may like it, but it did not go that way for me. It very negatively impacted my mental and physical health. Talk to your family and friends about it if you’re unsure, and see how they think this job will be on you. You can’t always see the bigger picture, especially when you’re excited, eager, and thinking the grass is greener on the other side.
