This was our 3 yr old and almost 5 yr olds first in-salon hair cut, they usually have at home cuts. Cara was very pleasant, asked detailed questions on how we wanted their hair cut, and did a great job.

Our 3 year old loved watching monster trucks while he had a short cut and Cara made him comfortable with this new experience.

Our 5 year old didn't initially want to get a haircut, but Cara made her experience more exciting with a braid and glitter. She loved it and I don't think we'll have any problem convincing her of a haircut in the future.

Absolutely terrible service. I booked a first appointment got there on time and the stylists ignored me after checking me. Serviced other kids and ignored me. I spoke up 10 minutes after my daughters appointment and they said sorry we will see where she is at. 5 minutes lady the stylist was ready. In no way shape or form would I trust someone who has that much disregard for my time to cut my daughters hair. I believe her name was Dakota. The stylist even knowing she was late for her appointment with me showed no urgency to right that wrong and just casually was walking around. Also the employees just kept making the excuse that they had received requests for the people who walked in after me to certain stylists. Which tells me the girl they were giving me clearly was not a wanted or desired stylist. I had booked to have my daughters first haircut, which if you are new mom is a big deal or was to me. What was supposed to be an enjoyable experience turned to me walking out. I would not suggest unless you know for sure which stylist you want - which as a note was not an option given to me when I booked my appointment. Saving grace for the poor showing of his employees is the owner Chad. He called to apologize- goes along way. Thank you Chad.

Nice beauticians but not necessarily specifically trained for children. Not very clean. The children's first haircut package is decently priced, and the certificate that you get is cute.

I really like cookie cutters! They got my stepson to not be scared of haircuts anymore. The employees have all worked there a long time and most of them do a great job. There are TVs, toys, balloons, a gum ball machine, candy and a little play set to keep the kids happy! The only reason we stopped going is we found a cheaper local alternative but I will say I miss the ease of scheduling with cookie cutters through their app. The prices also went up so it’s hard to justify when we found a cheaper option!

My sons hair got absolutely butchered. We asked to to a baby mullet and his hair looks awful. The back is about three different lengths and don’t even get me started on the top. His hair looked good wet then it got dry and we seen how bad it was. The stylist that did it was cara.

Makaylynn was great with my baby's first haircut from start to finish! She made my 2year old very comfortable by even putting on paw patrol definitely recommend!

Took my 18 month old grandson for his first cut. The stylist did a great job and made him feel comfortable enough to where he didn't cry once. They give you a photo, certificate, and a lock of hair for the first haircut too. We'll be back.

They always do such a good job here. This particular location never disappoints! We drive a bit farther to this location because it's better than the one closest to us!
