Ms. Jill Besl was the advisor assigned; she was extremely thorough and made sure we understood every facet of documentation to make certain our minds were at ease. Even when we interjected with questions during her explaining, she welcomed those questions ensuring us no question was trivial. I attended Dan Vu’s informational seminar to see what I needed to know about preparing our wills, and whether we should include trusts as part of our estate planning. He presented information on protecting our assets from catastrophic illness, avoiding tax traps when we transfer assets to our children, and recent changes to the Social Security laws. I liked what I heard and attended another of his seminars with my wife. We found it very easy to understand the information Mr. Vu presented. We followed up with a one-on-one appointment and presented our situation. We were comfortable that Mr. Vu fully understood our situation; and fully understood the laws applying to our situation. He proposed a plan for our wills, trusts, and power of attorney. We agreed on a plan and followed up with his associate; Trenton Carey to review our plan and finalize the paperwork. Trenton was also very knowledgeable, and easy to work with in this part of the process. Trenton invited questions and explained things clearly and concisely so we both felt very comfortable with or plan. He made the process very easy and we walked away with neatly packaged and indexed plan to guide our survivors upon our demise.
Overall; each of our contacts was pleasant, meetings were organized very well, everyone was punctual and highly professional.

I was absolutely blown away at the level of service, and patience that we reviewed from Kate Hollan, Dan Vu, & the Cooper Adel Vu team when meeting with them to set up my moms estate planning.
