Copart - Columbus reviews
10The pictures they provide, and the detail they go in with their descriptions are very helpful. It’s always a gamble buying cars that have been salvaged or re-Po’ed, but Columbus Copart does their best with letting you know what’s going on with the cars I would highly recommend.
This place is a dump. There's 10 ppl sitting doing nothing just cracking jokes for the past hour while the lobby and full and only 1 girl working the counter. Management needs a change asap
A arrive 4 pm and Don't have access to the yard what Is yours really operational hours
I want to ask a question. Can I just come and see the cars? Or do you need to show a license or something else?
Watch out for stupid hot shots trying to pull out and not paying attention, just be ready to watch a show when a train blocks the tracks.
Hours days the open at 8 and they have COVID stuff where you have to register via a kiosk app by scanning a qr code. Note: some people don't have phones! This is a bad idea.
Anyway I just needed to drop a paper off and I was there at 8 and didn't get in until 8: 25.she said well we have daily meetings. I'm like.have those before 8! People have stuff to do. Horrible service.
I was told either yesterday and today for a tow. I asked for a phone call when they get close but no call no show. The main thing I want to be able to give the keys to the driver. Smh
Driver didn’t call to let me know my car was being transported to copart. Office people were nice but stuff was missing from my car. Based on other reviews, I’m not the only one this has happened to.
This lot sold me a pickup listed as "Normal Wear". When I got the truck it had minor undercarriage damage and several mechanical issues. The pictures of the dash had the fault lights cropped off. So it was listed as roadworthy but I spent a few thousand in repairs that took several months cause I could only work at it Saturdays. These people are dishonest.
