Great food, and safe for celiacs! The staff were able to quickly and confidently tell me which items to avoid (it's pretty much just the bread and wraps), and switched gloves as they were preparing my food. I felt great the next day, so yay for no cross contact!

The signs everywhere say they close at 8pm yet their doors are locked at 7: 45pm and probably even closed earlier!

Try to eat out and try to eat as a vegan elsewhere. You can only have 2 types of lettuce in your bowl - really? That third type of lettuce will most likely put them out of business!

I get my build your own salad bowl on the regular. I've had to ask the staff several times to NOT pick my food off the counter to put in my bowl if it falls off! Gloves on, it still doesn't matter! I also get roasted peppers as my topping. At my last visit I was given scraps of burnt peppers to be told this is how they look! I asked for a substitute and she refused to honor my request! I should be able to ask for a substitute when the eatery run short of toppings. Unexceptable service! I would like upper management to address my concerns. I go to the Boardman location every week.

The staff was pleasant, and the store was clean, however, not a very good value. Additionally the chicken on my Cobb seemed very over cooked or possibly leftover from the day before.

I'm not sure if the employees get absolutely zero customer service training, but jeeze did I feel unwelcome! I have never dined here and I felt super rushed as the only customer in the building.

The girl working didn't seem too sure about what was actually gluten free (and didn't bother double checking), gave me an attitude about the ingredients in the dressings, and was just overall unpleasant. She like tossed my bag at me and knocked my cup over? Lol weird vibes!

Also what's up with all the canola oil in the dressings/food? I can't justify spending nearly $20 on lunch for myself for pseudo healthy food with bad customer service.

Alright I’m going to be a Karen for a second and I don’t care, this place always messes up.
So we Door dashed our order and we usually call to make sure mine doesn’t have chicken because this has happened several times, but it’s been awhile. This time there was an option for tofu and guess what? NOT TOFU, chicken! I’ve been a vegetarian since I was a young child. I’m so annoyed they can never get the order right. Pay attention when you make someones order, it’s not rocket science! Horrible. I will never give this place a chance again.

We got the Steak salad.
The Steak was burnt on outside raw in the middle.we were told that's how they do it.
Started to eat and the Steak was so tough you couldn't chew it. I swallowed mine whole, hubby threw his away.
Found black spots on some of the salad. Only thing good about the whole meal was the cranberries and bacon.
On a good note.
Their vanilla tea was delicious.

Hands down the healthiest fast food spot to grab lunch/dinner. Their meals provide high quality nutrition that doesn’t make you feel like bloated garbagio post meal. The staff is friendly and not skimping on portions. I have been to many other branches and this is by far the best one.

The last two times I've come to get tacos they are dripping wet. You hold them up and it just drains out and the flavor just wasn't there. The first time I got a taco from here it was NOT like that one bit. I'm disappointed as this used to be my go to but the past 2-3 times I've been let down.

Friendly and great service coupled with fresh tasty food! Highly recommend the Korean Pork as a wrap and their Berry Patch juice.

My first experience was very disappointing, which was upsetting because I was really looking forward to it! It was me and my boyfriends first time at the restaurant and I explained this to the staff when we first greeted. I felt like we were rushed through the line and there was no patience or attempt to explain the menu or options I had to select from while building my bowl. Mind you there was no one else in the store at the time, I would’ve completely understood this behavior if it was busy! I am going to try again after taking the menu home and looking it over. I feel like some more training needs be done regarding how to handle customers who are not normals, the experience was very unwelcoming! Hopefully next time is better!

Second or third time getting salad here that is brown or almost brown! I’m SO done with this place. I thought it was just my eyes when I walked up to the counter and asked for romaine and spinach as my bases. Nope, it’s spoiled. Unacceptable. Quit serving bad lettuce you’re gonna get someone sick.

Great experience with staff. Extremely healthy food with many flavors to choose from. Don't pick fast food unhealthy. Come here, it's just as fast

The food and service was great! They also have an outdoor eating area with is a nice touch.

Confirmed all rices, quinoas and noodles are cooked in unhealthy cooking oils like canola. This place is cosplay for healthy eating and makes you think it’s good for you based off what you see, but it’s cooked and coated in slop. Pretend feel good food! Don’t take anyone seriously who tells you they are choosing a healthy alternative and thinks this is an acceptable option.

Not completely safe for celiacs. We watched them grab the wraps- which are not gluten free- then touch the lettuce. This is cross contamination. We were told on previous visits that gloves are changed after touching the wraps, but this is not the case.

Love the healthy options. Easy to accommodate dietary needs. Knowledgeable staff. Wheelchair accessible though the double door entrance can be a challenge.

We used to have a CoreLife near us and were disappointed it closed. Tried this one when we were heading through for a concert. Quick healthy food, almost all gluten free. GF Mac and cheese was delicious, as was the beet lemonade. Good portion sizes. I got SW bowl, husband got Korean BBQ and devoured it. Staff was awesome, friendly and attentive.
