Was an awful experience. On numerous occasions the movers were hanging out in their truck eating and talking on their phones and including it in the time I was being charged. One of their movers had a “medical event” unrelated to the moving - which is unfortunate - they were ok - but I was charged for the time for that to be dealt with with no moving taking place. Then to drive 40 minutes (on a heavy traffic day) - it took them over two hours to drive to my new location and charged me for the drive time. They had no explanation to the insane extra time of driving
Found the movers assembling items and moving items around to rooms when I had specifically requested items to be left as is in the living room - and charged me for all the extra time. My bill was four times higher than the quote. I did try to contact the company for resolution and they would not do anything and still charged me for their employees stealing time and the movers not following directions and increasing time. I would never go through this company again.

Abandon building with no say so to property or ownership. I recommend the owners get a move on this, it is not kind to leave belongings in neighborhoods where people can get in trouble going in their. I believe this to be the responsibility of the owner and thus, should be accountable for actions and he’s I mean the ones others commit to the building by stealing from it or sleeping in it and going to jail for it perhaps… don’t leave it there. Clean up your mess. I assume there’s valuable items of sort In here
