Kenneth was excellent! Very professional, friendly, explaining just how everything works & cleaning instructions. The only thing that I would say would need upgraded would be the initial text message I received after making my appointment. The text was great, gave the address as 701 White Pond. It would be great if it would also tell you that its in the “Summa” bldg. I was not that familiar with the area, looking for a small office not realizing the company was in the Summa office bldg. Other than that everything was Great, very efficient! Thank you!

Jeff, called ahead to say when he would arrive, and there was even a photo of him, which was very reassuring, in this day and age. Jeff, had brought Oxygen, ordered for me when I sleep, Jeff was Very Pleasant, and thorough in explaining how the Machine works, and showed me the Phone number to call if I should need assistance.he took his time, and made sure I knew how to turn it on and off, and answered any questions. I would surly recommended Jeff, as highly as possible.

I had a wonderful experience with this company for my CPAP machine. Amanda was so helpful and explained everything and make sure everything fit properly and explained in great detail how to clean and take care of it. I really appreciate this company to be able to go in person and speak with someone and get fitted in person for proper sizing and the appropriate masks for your sleep style. Other companies just mail them to you and you don’t get to try it on or speak with a real person. This is a wonderful company and I’m very lucky that I found them for all of my CPAP needs! They help with ordering supplies when needed and reminding me of the time line for each part. Just a wonderful experience all around. Awesome company and Amanda was so very helpful! Greatly appreciated!:)
