I have lived here for 2 years and have enjoyed it. It’s clean and the people are great. Dylan in the office is kind and very knowledgeable and welcoming. When an issue comes up he takes it serious and gets it taken care of. Since maintenance has changed Dana is so sweet and a very hard worker and does a great job keeping the grounds cleaned and is fast to get ur stuff fixed. Great place to live

I’m glad I choose this community! I moved from colorado to Ohio and had all the worries associated with a move. And Dylan help me in every step on the way I cannot thank you enough! I’m looking forward to live in my new apartment

Dana is absolutely outstanding! She goes out of her way to take care of this community and make it home for everyone who lives here! Dana is the main reason I extended my lease with Cortland Hilliard. She is polite and caring and excels in what she does! Highly consider Cortland Hilliard as your next home:)

I’ve been living here for 3.5 months now, and I love it! The staff is super helpful and the apartments themselves are nice. The only thing that could be improved is the dog litter - but that’s the dog owners’ responsibility, not the complex - there are TONS of poop bag/trash stations all over the place that I really appreciate. Thank y’all!
