Every single person that helped me to get a new oil furnace was wonderful. I am so grateful to Andrew who discovered a crack in my old furnace that prompted me to invest in a new oil furnace. My old furnace was emitting an unhealthy level of carbon monoxide.

Andrew promptly identified the problem keeping our furnace from running (attached humidifier had been wired improperly), explained it clearly, and had the furnace working again. We appreciate his friendly manner and expertise.

Cosby installed a complete new heating and cooling system for me on 11/15. They had thought it could be done in one day but when it couldn’t instead of rushing and possibly making a mistake they came back the next day and finished the job without rushing it even though their labor expenses were higher than they had planned.
