Warning! Unfortunately it was the worst experience for me and I’m not a stranger to medical spas. I was given very little information about my treatment. The appointment was very rushed and also there were no mention about a male doctor attending the procedure. I was left with scars that didn’t heal after 4 months. It looks like some of them I’ll be keeping for the rest of my life. I contacted the spa and Elain promised to send me a refund, that I never received. Definitely the most unprofessional experience.
Update: the owner did refund me after seeing this review.
Mandi is the best! She does a great job at making you feel comfortable while still maintaining a professional environment. I highly recommend her!
I’ve been going to Elaine for almost one year. Not only are the services I’ve purchased working perfectly, we have now become friends. The office is very nice, professional and comfortable and the staff is super friendly. I defiantly look forward to going every month

Getting Laser and electrolysis is not fun. It’s not something that I look forward to. It’s something that I’ve wanted for a very long time though and have finally been able to do. The service I received here is second to none. Elaine is a nice person. Her office is clean, laid-back, no stress. I feel like I’m going to see a friend when I go out there now. I wasn’t sure if this was going to be for me. Elaine has made it as comfortable as she possibly can for me. And I am super happy with the results!
