I ALWAYS.have Ana cut my hair.at the Vine street location in Eastlake Ohio. Ana is just delightful, up beat and just adorable. I’m very particular about my hair and she really goes on and beyond my expectations every time. Ana is such an asset to this company. Not only because of how she cuts hair she is the true meaning of Customerservice. I get my haircut once a month and in all the times I’ve been going to that location for many years. I’ve never had a problem with her she’s just absolutely wonderful. I have referred my friends and family along with strangers that complement me on my haircut to the Vine Street location and ask for Ana. I would also like to make mention of Melanie Thomas also works there. Melanie and Ana work as a team They have each other’s back and they make sure to take care of all the customers that come through that door. They both make that location Just so friendly and comfortable. Cost cutters are very lucky to have both of those beauticians running that location. Anna is one of the best stylist there she put up with my 18 month old son and cut his hair good very friendly and professional

I love Mel she does an amazing job with my eyebrows I won’t go to anyone else! Ana does my hair every time and She never disappoints! I highly recommend them.

My cut was ok, but my poor husband got almost scalped! The lady was completely careless with the trimmer and ran right up the side of his head practically shaving off his hair.

I got the worst hair cut of my lifetime at this place. Their clip sizes are definitely screwy. The staff was so busy in fixing up the place and doing repairs rather than handling the customers, random stuff was all over the place. And the person who gave me haircut is extremely cold and was busy taking to her colleagues through out the time while doing my haircut and obviously did not pay attention and resulted in a very bad haircut. I never recommend this place to anyone.

I had Kayla do my hair, and I absolutely love it! She was very bubbly and pleasant to talk with. Such a sweet girl and amazing at hair, too!

Overall, rude. I came in saw a stylist that always cut my hair, we chated, she told me that she would be with me in 15 min? I waited, then a customer came in older man, sat down, then a young man came in walked past both of us, sat in her chair. Then another stylist came up front, call my name to cut my hair, I was shocked that I was given to someone with no explanation.she overall Did a good job, which was a past customer of mine. As she finish, walked past this stylist who I was told to take care of me. She past 2 customers to take of that customer.will never return to this shop again.

Ana! My first time here because of a referral. If every person on this earth had her positive personality, this world would be a better place! She is cheerful and it is obvious her clients love her and vice versa.
She owned up to her mistake by not listening to me before she started, attempted a correction a few days later, but was too late to have the look I wanted. She tried and was gracious! Oh well.
Beware of the the crabby, trouble maker manager.go on Thursdays to avoid her. Not professional to talk negative about clients that are not there to defend themselves. AND in front of other clients in the chairs! Obviously hates her job! Does not even answer the phone with a "hello this is best cuts, how can I help you? " It is literally "ya". Then I say "good morning, is this best cuts? " Wow!
I was there 2 different days.the day the manager was there, you could cut the air with a knife! The other.everyone was relaxed and happy!
I would only go back to give Ana another attempt.
The shop is dirty.time to clean things up in-between clients instead of reading magazines or being on your phones!
Clients see pleased when they leave, so I am rating it on my visits.

This is my fav out of all the best cuts from mentor to willoughby! Ana has fixed two bad cuts i have gotten from so called salons, you think if you pay $40 for a cut which a did at one place in the mall and stylize in mentor on the lake, they both chopped my hair with horrible, uneven jagged cuts! For less than 20 dollar ana fixed my hair! Shes amazing, sweet and patient! Will NEVER<EVER go anywhere else!

The older lady is pretty rude and the stuff they recommended didn't work at all even after using it as the instructions say for over two months
