Cost Cutters, Wooster OH

I took my son here before his first day of school, and the lady that cut his hair mangled it. I was hoping that it might settle into something acceptable after a few days, but it's just embarrassing, and, even worse, it's being immortalized in his school pictures. I'll be taking him somewhere else to have it fixed.

Candace is ABOVE and beyond wonderful! She is worth $100000000 the way she cares for your hair, her knowledge and styling to perfection. I highly suggest her. She is consistent and been doing this for 20 years or maybe more

I’ve never really had a problem. I get my sons hair cut there and they’ve never messed it up. Always looks exactly what I asked for! Friendly staff!

People show up late for appointments but still get to go a head of me. If your late you shouldn't be rewarded with cutting in line.

Great atmosphere, stylist very knowledgeable about my perm she did a wonderful job and I was a walk in.

They only have one person working so unless you have a appointment good luck they didn't take a walk in

Apparently it’s is by appointment only. When in without an appointment and the place was empty and there were 3 stylists there but no one could cut my hair.

Showed up 15 minutes before closing with my 5 year old and they refused to do his hair Because she said they had done there last head for the night but yet we still had 15 minutes before closing will not do business with them at all very unprofessional if you close at 8 then you should work until closing

Ratree cut and styled my hair. She was fabulous! She gave color suggestions and styling tips, but the BEST thing was the full head scalp massage she gave shen washing my hair! OMG! The best experience! Can't wait to go back!

The whole staff was very friendly. Carrie cut my 3 year old sons hair and it was perfect! She also made sure to talk to him and make home comfortable. We will definitely be returning.

Candice is amazing! She not only takes the time to do it right but she also takes the time to show others in the salon, what works and what doesn’t. A true professional. My bonus is that my hair always looks amazing!

I had Candice and she was incredible, super nice, easy to talk to and did exactly what I requested and it turned out perfect! The salon was clean and all the staff was friendly! Would definitely go back again!
