Aryn did an excellent job styling my hair! First time at that shop for me. Very pleasant personality. Hair still looks great!

I have had great experiences here before but today was absolutely horrible. I called yesterday 8/19 and asked specifically if they were able to style my 13 year olds hair. My daughter has very thick, coily hair which I explained. I had asked for a deep conditioning treatment and for them to dry it and straighten it, they said of course! When we got there today the lady had no CLUE what she was doing. I have never been to school for hair but I know more than she did about my daughters hair. The lady applied a ‘deep conditioning’ to the ends of my daughters hair and didn’t even work her way through to even out the product, then let my daughters hair dry and tried to brush through her hair with no detangling products, nothing. Just ripping through my daughters hair which is now basically dry. Until I finally said something. The lady got extremely rude and tried to tell me they don’t have a lot of clientele of her hair type so they don’t have everything they need to do her hair! Which I responded ‘this is why I called yesterday, to make sure you could’. Idk this lady’s name but she is very arrogant and unfriendly and made my daughter and I very upset. I will never return here and I will never refer anyone there.

I stopped in to this salon in N. Canton, for the first time to get a trim. Ally greeted me, and put my info in the system. I came back in 45 min for my appt. Ally came out and started with my hair trim. I had previously went to another salon, and received a horrible cut two months ago. So, Ally corrected a few issues, and was so pleasant and very helpful. She did a great job on my hair, and now I won't need to be embarrassed any longer. Thank you so much Ally! I will be coming to you from now on.

I always go to another Cost Cutters location but this one was just as great. The ladies are so nice and attentive. I will always recommend Cost Cutters.

I have had my haircut by Kelly twice now and she always does a great job. She even cut my son's hair and was very patient with him. I feel Cost Cutters is reasonably price and I can always get in during my scheduled time when I check in online.

I have been a Cost Cutter customer for many years. I’ve never been dissatisfied with any of the cosmetologists, service, or professionalism until now. Yesterday afternoon I had a follow up appointment with my stylist Aryn to touch up a high/low light that didn’t turn out as hoped. I didn’t have my hair dried at the end of initial appointment or I would have realized at that time the turn out wasn’t as planned.
Aryn is polite and genuinely focused on my goals for my hair. In addition to being client focused, she’s efficient, offers suggestions, and has a great sense of humor- making a hair treatment fun overall.
Unfortunately, we were rudely interrupted before we even actually began my hair treatment. A woman walked up to my chair at Aryn’s station when Aryn went to mix solutions.
She did not introduce herself nor ask to touch my head but started pulling pieces of my hair up and dropping them down demanding to know if I needed more dimension. I felt like she was yelling at me. She said I wasn’t satisfied “2 weeks ago. ” Then she announced that she was the assistant manager and as Aryn returned, told Aryn what to do with my hair. I was shocked and confused; certainly she had me confused with another customer. I reviewed my bank statement to confirm I had been there only on 10/26 and 12/6. Yesterday afternoon was the first and only time Aryn and I were able to coordinate our schedules since the 12/6 appointment.
I felt shamed, disrespected, and disgusted. I spend hundreds of dollars for quality hair care and was inappropriately & condescendingly spoke to by the assistant manager. She was very proud to repeatedly announce her title and repeatedly run her hands through my hair standing entirely too close.
I chose to leave and not have my hair done. Aryn looked so hurt but it was not her fault that I left. I probably should have asked the “Assistant Manager’s” name prior to my leaving.

I didn't notice till I got home, one side of my hair was shorter than the other. The prefer you make an appointment.

Prices are way to high, they are no cheaper than great clips so why have a name like cost cutters when there is no price difference, not paying $16 for 5 min in a chair. Guess covid prices will never end.

I always get my hair blown out here for special occasions and they do a great job! I also get my eyebrows waxed regularly. Jeanna is my go-to stylist, my hair always looks flawless and so smooth, even with my naturally very tight curls.

Yesterday was my first time at Cost Cutters. Jeanna was great. She listened to exactly what I wanted, asked multiple questions to be sure we were on the same page, and made a couple of great suggestions. The haircut is perfect and I definitely will book with her again!

Took my 6 year old son to get a haircut and I think I could have done a better job! His bangs are an angle. She cut too much around the ears. Where do you find these people!

They did a great job, as always! The only problem was the online scheduling didn't work - they didn't have our appointments even though we received email confirmation.

Everyone there is amazing! They are so sweet and do such a fabulous job! They are very professional and clean! Couldn’t find a better group of women!

Jeanna was the BEST! Cut & Color was awesome! The salon was neat & clean & managing social distances well. I'll definitely be back

Jeanna is amazing. She is a top notch professional who has a wonderful eye for color. The best colorist I have ever had color my hair. She’s also an amazing stylist and has the experience to address any areas of concern. You can’t go wrong with Jeanna!

Took the grandson for a haircut last week. Four-year-olds have a hard time holding still.:). I think he looks adorable.
