I highly recommend this location & all of it's stylists (especially Danielle) to everyone! I can get in usually within 24/48 hours notice, pricing is very reasonable and the product lineup is great!

I went in 3 times to get my hair cut and the first time was ok the second time was ok, but the third time she totally butchered my hair. I am not going to name the stylist but I feel she doesn’t know how to cut short hair. I am never returning. I do not recommend this place to no one.

Went to get my haircut with a noon appointment. Walked in 10 minutes early and my stylist said she was running a little behind it would be another hour I walked out

Two times I had an appointment made off the app. Two times I went in 15 minutes before my appointment with Danielle. Two times I sat and sat while she chatted with previous client. As I watched the time go to half past my appointment time with no acknowledgement or apology, I left. When my son mentioned the situation to them the response was “we’re busy and short staffed”! How about an I’m sorry, we’re running behind. Or how about you be a manager and say something or present some kind of acknowledgment. Own your mistakes. We will never go back. You lose money!

I just got one of the best hair cuts of my life from Vicki. It was my first time here, and she gave me the hairstyle I wanted using the picture I brought in. Very detail oriented and really listened to what I said. Thank you Vicki! You are a true professional.

I stopped in for a hair trim and they were able to fit me in between some appointments, which I really appreciated! I just got a couple inches taken off my hair, since I had some split ends, and stylist was able to give me some long layers too. It was my second time getting my hair cut there and I highly recommend it!

Vicki is my stylist and she is awesome! Her work is perfect. She makes my day when I see her.

The staff at this Salon do great eyebrow waxing if you need that service. They are courteous and professional while being realistic for wait time for walk ins. The haircuts are reasonable and as good or better than a higher priced salon. The products are cheaper. My stylist is Danielle but the others are also great. Give them a try. They do color, highlights and perms and although it is not what I ordered the work looks fantastic. An appointment is preferred but I just walked in and they had availablilty. The salon had men, women and kids in chairs so it really is a full serivce salon.

Danielle did a wonderful job on my hair color and my daughter's! She really listened to what we wanted and worked at giving us it.we love it. I would have given 5 stars but it was really annoying that because she was working alone she had to keep stopping to answer the phone or to take care of people coming in and so it took longer for our hair to get done. I felt bad for her! They need to have someone to answer phones especially if someone's alone!

Had one of the best experiences I've ever had at a salon getting a highlight retouch. I can't remember my stylists name (possibly Kim?), but she was very down to earth, willing to listen, understanding, willing to do what I was wanting done. She cares about your comfort & making sure everything is to your liking! Prices were higher than what I'm used to, but I will be going back for a partial in a couple months.

I got such an awesome haircut by Lila. She does a wonderful job and listens to what you want to do with your hair. If you ask her her opinion on something she will suggest what she thinks is best. I love how she cuts my hair and pays attention to detail. I highly recommend her.

Great to be back. I felt welcome and I was happy to look like a woman again. Danielle is great.

Like going to my Mentor OH Cost Cutters! Danielle & Tracy are always so nice and I always get a nice cut
