Cost Cutters, Parma OH

This is for the Ridgewood Parma location. I scheduled a cut and shampoo this morning online for 230 today. All was well until I arrived @ 200 (30 minutes early) I walked into this location and was told that booking an appointment online does not schedule the appointment.so why do it then. I then was called over to have my service and told the stylist what I wanted.she had no idea what I was talking about.was rude. I told her that I will wait for another stylist and sat in the waiting room. I tried to show her what I was requesting by looking up the description and image online. I showed her and was told she has been cutting hair for over 30 years and had no idea what I was asking. I eventually got my cut and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out from another stylist:)

Lindsey is the most personable person you could ever meet and she remembers you just like family. She even cuts my mom’s hair when she comes up here for West Virginia! Luv her to death!

Stylist was the only one working on a weekend day and had an attitude with me the moment I walked into the door and while she was cutting my hair. Though I understand staffing issues, I shouldn’t have been treated as a nuisance. I did have an appointment. She rushed my haircut (less than 5 minutes). It was just me in the salon at the time. She made no attempt at talking to me and quickly cut and ran her hands through my hair to get me out of there as fast as possible. I’m not sure if I’ll be back. I’ve been here a few times before with no issues

They are definitely feeling the staffing challenges. Unable to take a walk in on the weekend. Was willing to wait, only 2 people waiting, but she said they were booked all day.

I had an appointment for 4pm with Laura and when I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time she told me she would be right with me. She was highlighting a woman’s hair and gave a haircut to someone else in between. When she was done with that person she went back to highlighting the other persons hair and again said she’d be right with me. I waited another 20 minutes and decided to leave. I told her I was canceling my appointment and she wouldn’t even look at me. As an afterthought she decided to say “I’m sorry about that. ” Will not come back again.

Laura does an amazing job with my hair. She listens to my concerns and goals and gives me a beautiful cut every time!

Shannon colored my daughter's hair black with red streaks, and it is simply amazing! She is so pleased with her new cool look. Thanks again Shannon! Highly recommend cost cutters parma

Maybe you should list by appointment only if your going to turn people away for not having an appointment.

I really liked how Laura cut and styled my hair! She really takes the time to get to know her customers and how they want to have their hair cut and styled! She is extremely friendly and patient! I think she is one of the best hair stylists at the Parma town cost cutters salon if not the best!

Well they overbook and then don’t find anyway to resolve the issue. So don’t bother making an appointment they will simply say “ohhhhh sorrry we can’t get you in” complete waste of time and unprofessional offering zero options for their complete lack of communication and time management.
