I've been going to cindy for a while. She is always nice and gets my haircut right every time! I would recommend her to anyone!

I booked online, silly me, thinking that this would save time rather than just walking in the shop. I was not greeted when I walked in, okay there was someone at the desk cashing out. I walked to a seat closest to the register but was not asked if I had an appointment, my name or anything. The stylist at the register looked like a deer in headlights appearance, she wasn't sure what she needed to do next. A customer loudly stated what kind of haircut she wanted so the stylist told her to come back to her chair. The stylist still didn't ask me my name or try to put me on the system. Another stylist came in sometime later, I figured that I needed to greet her as she stood at the computer. Another stylist stated she wrote a change down from a patron. I was than asked if I had an appointment, finally. I stated that I made an appointment online, I was asked if I was sure that I was at the right location. Yes unless there are more than one location on West Tuscarawas. Now a stylist said that she used my appointment for the customer that was leaving when I came in the door. Huh? Maybe training on how to use the computer system is required along with greeting customers as they walk in the door even if you tell them to be seated for a moment and they will be helped in a few minutes. Setting up an expectation. Thank goodness Courtney came in the door because I was ready to walk out the door. I am now going to think twice about using Cost Cutters. But Courtney was very nice stylist and did a great job.

Finally got my hair cut exactly like I wanted! Denise did a great job & knew what she was doing!

I came in yesterday for my appointment and was greeted with the friendliest welcoming smile and energy. I just needed some foil, cut and eyebrows waxed. I have been going to the same stylist for 15+ years. Since moving I have been looking for a new stylist that can get it right! This young lady knocked it outta the park! Thank you I will see you again soon!

Toni is great! Reasonable prices. I had a partial highlight done was charged $80 with haircut. Another place I was gonna go was $135 for same service. Very happy

My daughter had her hair done by Imari. And she did the most amazing job on her hair. And she was so knowledgeable with helping me find the right products for her hair. I highly recommend. And the rest of the staff was so amazing and friendly

I have been going here for years but the last 2 times I've been here, I have been disappointed. Even though you have an appointment, other customers are allowed ahead of you. This has happened twice. It doesn't make sense to even make an appointment. An hour wait should not be acceptable after making one. I don't understand their policies or processes. I have been coming here for about 10 years and always give good tips. I feel that I or my family are not a priority here and we will not be back
