Very bad experience at Polaris Costco pharmacy. We got true metrix blood glucos meter device on Feb/26 device which is faulty never worked and they cannot take it back my wife is pregnant need it immediately pharmacy team didn't try to help us in anyway and all of a sudden it became owners problem to deal with manudacturer. Never had these kind of customer issues with CVS.
Excellent customer service and drug training. The pharmacists are fabulous wit new drugs and how/ when to take as well as foods related to the drugs and over the counter interactions
These guys are great. I don't use it anymore though because CVS Caremark forces you into using stupid CVS.
