Costco Wholesale, Toledo OH

Matias from Customer Service is awesome! He went out of his way to help me today! He explained how open box TVs are handled at Costco and confirmed the trust I have in Costco! He also made a phone call and checked on something for me. His mask made my day! Thanks Matias! You are amazing! Definitely management material!

Good stuff, priced well. But it's always busy in their. The staff at both Toledo locations has been always friendly. Buying a membership sucks. Goes against all my morals to shop in a store but it is worth it.

This was my first time in Costco as usually my wife goes. I was impressed with the selection of meats. They also had some great choices for keto snacks. The Kirkland vitamin water zero is great.the lemonade and mango flavors are incredible.

I've never actually shopped in the store, but I have a Costco card and I go to the gas station a lot. I never had any issues there, and the waits usually not the bad whenever I there.

Purchased glasses from Costco. This pair of glasses are amazing. I had an accident in them (ran into a house please don't ask). Not only did the frame not bend but the glass did not scratch. Only the nose piece needed straightened. In fact the glasses look better than me.

As usual, Costco is awesome. I only wish I would've purchased the Christmas gifts I wanted a few weeks ago. Special holiday or seasonal stuff goes quick!

Love the store but have problems with some of the people on the register and helpers being rather caviler in the way the handle my purchases. Jamming my fragile raviolis into tight a space and crushing them down made me want to scream. They (organic spinach & cheese and lobster & cheese raiolis) are in very thin plastic containers that crush easily. The need to take more care.

Not a fan - get tired of buying bulk but prices are always better buying that way. Because it's warehouse it's always really cold in the building. I had called to order a meat special one time and the meat dept never called me back.that was really bad customer service.

We love Costco. For 3 years we lived over 2 hours from one and still maintained our membership; however, I don't understand why they cannot provide cart wipes, especially during cold and flu season. Please consider offering this in an effort to keep your guests healthy.

Find something you like just in time for COSTCO to discontinue. Can't buy clothing here any more. Sizes always run smaller than other retailers. Always end up returning.

This is our favorite Costco. Always clean, nicely laid out and brightly light. The people are also exceptionally friendly. Thanks for providing a great shopping experience!

Great customer service, not crazy busy and a wonderful selection of meats, prepared foods, and wines. I could spend hours here, and spend a LOT of money. I grew up in California with Costco as a child, and I appreciate how much less crowded Costco is here than where I grew up. It makes for a much more pleasant shopping experience. And who can say no to their hot dogs and churros?

Love the deals at this store! Employees are friendly and helpful. Bathrooms need some extra attention with all the people going in and out.several stalls were out of toilet paper and some were just yucky.

It is always busy on the weekends, filled to the brim with customers and employees. The checkout lines are painfully long but seem to move quickly. We make a Costco trip once a month for essentials that used to nickel and dime us throughout the month.

Costco's should not have been built in that location because it is very congested. The traffic pattern was not thought out properly. I feel like I'm driving through a corn maze when I'm there. They needed a bigger location to build Costco's.

I was disappointed with the door check station. While he rummaged through our few items, he stopped, helped the people behind us.that had more items.and then came back and proceeded to rummage through our items again. It was obvious discrimination!

Amazing deals, friendly helpful staff, and faboulous products in every category imaginable. Best prices on prescription eye glasses as well. We love this store and it's always a treat to go. Don't get discouraged by the overly full parking lot, It's always a quick check out. Well worth the membership fee.

Costco has great selection for Christmas gifts, and reasonably priced! Enjoy sampling foods before buying (or not.) Good customer service, helpful staff. Gas prices are the best! Usually at least 10¢/gal less than area stations.

Ever since I heard the story about Boston Marathon and how they took care of their employees, Costco has been my favorite store in America and I will be loyal to them probably until the day I die

Good selection of frozen food. Gasoline is top tier, high detergent, and discounted. Only a few stations in town are top tier.inside food counter has good salad.
