Costco Wholesale, Strongsville OH

I love this Costco. So many great deals. Their holiday chocolates are the best. I love their Organic Caesar salad kit for Earthbound farm! Hands down my favorite Caesar salad! Yum!

Almost always too crowded. And I'm sad to see the samples are back. People congregate around those tables and make it hard to shop!

Went to cancel my membership and the representative would not refund my money, which is exactly the opposite of what I was told when I signed up. False advertising, beware if you intend on shopping here.

Prices are creeping up at Costco as well. Some items are limited to one per customer. They are getting toys and Christmas decorations in. That's always a nice thing to see.

While this location is always busy, the store is always organized and neat. If something has been relocated, the staff is very knowledgeable on the items new location. The check out is next level efficient.

Okay place to shop.but why in the hell does a place like Costco not accept Mastercard.really. This is 2021, not 1981. Costco of all places should accept all payment methods.

I honestly usually have a good experience here, so maybe it’s just the holidays or something but every coworker seemed so on edge. Someone was stocking flannels and I was looking for sizes and the worker told me before I could start looking they were all the same sizes. I get that she just folded them all but I could see two flannels right off bat that were different sizes. Then when checking out I grabbed one sleeve of bagels, like usual and was told I was not allowed to only by one even though I always do, because they have gotten a new general manager. Everyone was just on edge there and rude. I’m really questioning keeping my Costco membership now because I don’t even want to go in and deal with being talked to the way I was.

Breach of contract. I've been a member for over 4 years, and Costco.com would not let me place a $90 order online. When I called, I was told there was a problem with their system, and they needed to verify my identity. They asked for my address, DL number and 2 previous addresses. Who needs this much PII to verify a 4 year member? Stay away from this company at all costs!

Tonight at Costco I observed so many instances of coworkers being incredibly kind and motivating to each other. One instance in particular was an exchange I heard while exiting the store. At the customer service counter I overheard two coworkers thanking each other for their team’s hard work and saying things like “you all were really great today and thanks. ” I know how hard things have been because of the pandemic and it was just so heartening to see people be decent to one another, especially at 8 pm on a Friday night when I’m sure they were exhausted after a long day. This experience at Costco really sat with me and I felt compelled to make sure Strongsville knew how wonderful their staff was.

Very rude staff. Don’t even want to waste more of my time to write what happened. Just terrible customer service. Sams club is so much better and cheaper.

I love Costco! I can't get everything I need there but what I do get is of good quality and at a good price. Not everything is a good deal. You need to know your prices

I can't say enough about COSTCO. I will not shop anywhere else for Tires, Rotisserie Chicken, Croissants, Computers, Mattresses, TV's and Appliances, Etc. I LOVE THEM SO MUCH. They are my FAVORITE.
I actually need to do commercials for them.lol. I am always talking about them, recommending them and, bragging about all my deals. People join just to shut me up.lol.

Don't go Sunday morning. Looked like black friday. Couldn't look at everything because a shopping cart would have taken your achilles heel out from behind. Prices are in line with BJ's and sams club. Recommend going later in the day or a weekday early afternoon.

Signed up for membership online. You get the promo $40 4-6 weeks after signing up. The parking lot is really congested and designed poorly for everyone that is such a hurry. I'm not looking to make friends, but I've never seen so many rude shoppers under one roof. My mother who uses a wheelchair was shaken and anxious after encountering the same experience. We won't return to this location. If the other Costco is this hectic, Im going to cancel my membership.

I was kind of disappointed with my shopping experience yesterday. I have been buying my supplies for my business there for 3+ years and they had no c fold towels, they changed the hand soaps and would not let me get 2 toilet papers. I asked for separate ring ups and she started to ring it together. Then she just voided it, now I cant turn in the receipt for payment and I have to make another trip for 1 pack of toilet paper. I will avoid that girl! 1st bad experience there!

Love this location. They're never out of anything. The store is clean and stocked. The line moves pretty quick. I've never had an issue at this store. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I don’t know why people rave about Costco sams club has brand new items for way cheaper then this place. Not to mention that red head who checks people member cards by the front door is extra and rude.

This is the best grocery store ever. I have never seen spoiled food here. Everything is stacked professionally. When you are unsure of something there is help on the floor. Get your membership today! I am a executive member and I love my exclusive deals. I will be back!
