Costco Wholesale, North Canton OH

Instead of having all your employees stand around the self checkouts hassling people, maybe you should open more registers. I showed my card when I got in. Why do I need to show you my card at the self-checkout? Maybe instead of all the girls standing around the self checkouts hassling people put them on a regular checkout. You make people feel like their thiefs hovering over them at the self-checkout like we're stealing something. Then as you're leaving the store, you have to check my receipt again. You want me to do your job for you? Checking my own merchandise out so when someone is at the self checkout leave them alone. Apparently they don't want to be bothered by a cashier. Why they're at the self-checkout. And I will be canceling my Costco membership?

We love the new Costco. There are plenty of people working to help you out. They also unload and load your groceries out of the cart. The meat and bakery departments are awesome!

Large wholesale club. I had been a member of BJ'S for years but Costco has a much larger selection. Their membership is a little pricey for the amount of members they have, but I will continue to shop here for the selection.

Great selection of products at good prices, and it’s usually not as busy as other Costcos in the area

Costco has an insulting policy. They checked your membership card at the entrance and let you in and then checked your membership card again when checking out to match your face to the photo on the card. Why do they not check if the card belongs to you at the entrance? Besides, the managers at the Costco are rude and arrogant, and rejected to listen to customer's feedback. Suggest customers to boycott Costco and go Sam’s Club.

Not accepting MasterCard was the deal breaker for me. The service rep also tried to sell me on the rewards program, but that's only available at the $120 for 2 years membership. That would mean spending a lot more to make it worthwhile and it just sounded counter-intuitive. I'll stick with Sam's Club.

Newly opened in North Canton this Costco had all that I wanted on my list. Not crowded at mid-day.

Had a really nice experience here! Overall, the employees were all really nice, the layout of the store is easy to navigate, & there is alot of product!

Great deals, amazing food, always very kind employers. Always very clean and never any shady people inside. Love the food court, great deal for the pumpkin pie.

No water soften salt, no cups, no T-shirt bags.couldn’t find yeast, price higher than Sam’s

I am disappointed with the prices, Sam's club is far better in pricing. I was hoping they would compete with the cost of goods.

Nice and big but isles are not labeled. Can't find anything. One day they have it the next they don't. It's like a prison. Check u on the way in. Again and the register. Prices are the same as BJs and Sam's. Easier to shop at the others because of labels.

So I don't have a membership went with daughter. This place is huge parking wasn't bad.lots of huge carts avail. They have a produce area you walk into brrrr freakin cold because of my essential tremor cold sets them off worse. I could feel my body ready to do the shimmy shimmy shake so i walked out. I've never seen that so welcome to the new age! Bought some blueberry muffins 6 pk must buy 2 for 10$ I must say they were good but BJs are so much better lol.happy shopping everyone btw Christmas trees are glowing!

Store was not well organized. Couldn't fid some items. However, I did like the gas station. Good price and pumps were nice, new and operated well.

I love Costco but lately we've been going to the new Canton store. It's just as great an experience too. My girls love the sample stations they have to test their products.
