Personally if there was an option to give zero stars I would have chosen that. To start out, I have never met a more unfriendly office staff in my life… and I work front office in the medical field with people like them everyday! They are verbal short/unhelpful and honestly act like they could care less about a patient. They did not even let me book an appointment until they verified my insurance (what if I wanted to pay cash). I wasn’t even asked. Not to mention I made an appointment a month out, and when that day finally came, they said they couldn’t find it and had no recollection of it in the system. Probably bc/ they were so short with me on the phone they forgot to even schedule is it on their books. Would never ever recommend this office to anyone.
