Coughlin Ford of Heath, Newark OH

My MkC had a recall safety issue Conner got me scheduled quickly and in for service which included recommended maintenance. All service and recall update was completed per quote and completed in one day. He worked and communicated very well with me and I appreciated the military discount I received. I’ve been dealing with this dealership for many years and have been satisfied with their service.

Very quick. Very thorough. Friendly. Competent. Fair. Good value. I won't take my vehicles anyplace else.

Tires were not rotated twice even though they were paid to do it. Paid for $760 brake job and next service they told me I needed rear brakes making me wonder after first experience if the job was ever done the first time.

The service and quality of work done was very exceptional by the whole service dept. Job well done. This is why all 3 of my vehicles are Fords and I wouldn’t own anything else.

Best team around. From sales to service they are knowledgeable and professional. They actually listen to the customer. Love my new truck. Ask for Steve Hegele.

Hands up to Matt Hoyd and Coughlin Ford in Heath, Ohio (Newark). The entire process of Matt searching for and finding our Bronco Wildtrack was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect and exactly what we wanted. Coughlin Ford, whatever you are doing to train your sales team and finance team on how to help and how to treat customers.many dealerships could learn from your kindness. Each person in the building was so kind and funny. We could have sat there al day talking to these nice people. Love going to Quick Lane. The employees there are very nice and knowledgeable. They are very helpful and listen to me. They also only do what is needing to be done and not sell me anything that is not needed. I’ve been going there for a long thing and I am quite satisfied with the service.
I also bought my car there (from Tammy:) ) am I am very satisfied with my car. I love it!

GARBAGE DUMP! Best describes this place. Would give negative if possible. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF DISABLED people with limited income. Hope u people are proud. Bought an $8,000 used vehicle that ran for 2 days. Found out they did shady things like sprayed WD40 so the struts wouldn't make horrible noise which lasted 2 days. THE FIRST OF MANY things. Completely rusted out frame that COMPLETELY COLLAPSED and undrivable. $3,000 just to keep it running and another 3,000 to get the frame fixed. Wow. Deceptive practices are exactly what we all expect from this place. 4 relatives bought from here and all 4 were screwed. JOHN HINDERER HONDA GOT ALL 5 NEW CAR SALES WITH 5 STAR RATINGS BECAUSE OF U BUFFOONS.

The last time I stopped, my normal helper didn't want to help me, so I will not be purchasing a car from them he sent me to someone with no interest in helping

Dont buy from these scammers Looking at getting a Maverick and this dealership had one. Walked in and spoke to a salesman and he told me it was 25k and we started the initial process and then he came back and said that the price of the truck is 35k even though the price online shows 25k and he literally had it pulled up on his computer and told us that the truck was 25k. EVERY OTHER Ford dealer sells this truck for 25k. "Supply and demand" he said. The price was raised on the spot. Refused to lower the price even though we have talked to multiple dealers and they all have stated they would sell us the truck for 25k, once one came.
I recieved a text message from another salesman from the dealership and it said they had noticed we came in to look at the truck and if we were still interested the price was 40k. But I thought the price was 35k? So we have salespeople just throwing random numbers on the truck to scam people and make as much money as they can. That's almost double the msrp.
If you are going to lie, scam and cheat people perhaps you should hold a meeting to get everyone on the same page before giving out 3 different prices. Incompetent. Liers. Cheaters. Do not buy from here. I am buying from someone else who isn't cheating me.

The service manager listened, asked if his proposed course of action was on-target, made it happen (ahead of schedule) and then asked if I was satisfied with everything. Sounds simple - but it’s rare. I don’t believe in grade inflation, but I’d give you six stars if it was an option.

Never return calls. Had questions on my warranty, I had to call multiple times to finally get someone on the phone. Then my vehicle is needing recalls repaired and another repair so wasn’t able to drive the vehicle. I called Ford corp office and they advised they would be able to pick my vehicle up to bring it into the shop as a courtesy just call the dealership to make pick up arrangements. The dealership when I called acted like this wasn’t a thing but “would check into it” never ever got a call back! I was in the market to buy another vehicle on top of repairing this one but with the lack of responses, less than mediocre customer service and overall run around I took my business elsewhere for the new vehicle purchase I got this past weekend. Unfortunately aside from recalls you have lost my business for good! Definitely need to work on that customer service and treat your customers better and not like we are a nuisance.

Highly recommend working with Mike Estep! He went above and beyond to track down exactly what I wanted and made sure it would be available in time for our upcoming vacation. He was so easy to work with and very thorough.

I was unsatisfied I took my company truck into the shop when I went to pick the truck up the alignment was so off I had just had an alignment done before the truck got dropped off they lied to me about parts and prices now I have to have my company truck towed to yet another shop to have the issues and more that Coughlin ford cuzed to our work truck the time I'm going to loose is outrageous I would highly recommend companies and people stay away from Coughlin ford of heath as they are a shady shop and won't stand behind there work im outraged so much so that they lost my companies business take your stuff elsewhere and save ur selfs from more problems
