Just picked our mattress set up yesterday. Best sleep ever! Very well made. Paid $200 more than our last mattress but got twice the mattress. Everyone at the store was very helpful and pleasant. Definitely five Stars.

Awesome! I feel I received an equal too or superior mattress compared to the big box stores for less than half the price. We had ours tailored so one side was firmer than the other. Don't hesitate making a purchase here!

The 1 star is because they are nice. We needed a new mattress because our natural latex one is too hard; so hard that I cannot sleep on it at all. So we went to their showroom 2 weekends in a row to try out beds. We went back and forth between their 2 softest beds, finally choosing the Wonderest bed. Now, we have stayed at Donna's and have heard nothing but stellar reviews. However, when we got our bed, it was rock hard. Harder than what we already had. And absolutely NOTHING like the showroom beds. We returned the 4th week to see what they would do about it. (they dont have a phone to contact them). They said they could open it back up and add a layer to soften it up. That we pay for. Only option. So now we are the proud owners of a nearly $600 room decoration. It's too hard to sleep on, period.

They are very helpful and have very good prices. Plus you can get the bed the same day for most beds.

They have a good showroom that displays all of their mattresses they make. Excellent quality. The factory is attached to the showroom and depending on when you visit, you may be able to watch one being made through the window in the showroom. They are friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
