Dr. Pifer was a caring, thorough and great veterinarian for us and our 15 year old labradoodle throughout her whole life. He and his staff are very highly recommended by my family.

Always very thorough as to explanations. Taylor, Amber, Anthony they are all gems. Can't leave out Erin and Marianne.

After going to this vet for years, they killed my dog.we picked up my dog and he was drooling excessively. After my mom got home, she found him catatonic in his cage, then he started having seizures over and over for hours.
Something happened at the clinic.
When we let the clinic know what happened, they sent a card, we never got a call from doc.

The entire team was fabulous! We love Dr. Paul Pifer! He is absolutely wonderful with explaining everything and how to best care for our dogs. He took care of our Ollie the Chihuahua at the end of his life. He also takes care of our dog, Tuck. We highly recommend this vet!

Dr. Pifer is an excellent veterinarian that cares about his patients no matter how much they misbehave, and he is a great teacher to pet owners about their healthcare needs.

Hands down the best care and help a pet owner can find. Our 8 week old puppy had parvo due to improper care from the family we got her from. After 3 days at MedVet, we transferred her to countryside. Within two days she was eating and drinking by herself and holding it down. They were much cheaper and provided the same amount of care as an emergency hospital. Although they aren’t a full 24hrs, Dr. Phifer updated us at night no matter the time. A great staff and great doctor, they saved our puppy’s life!

I may be a little bit biased, but the staff here is excellent and informative. I have taken my Boston terrier here multiple times as well as all three of my cats without any issue. When issues did arise, the conversations that took place were clear and concise. The doctor's bedside manner, or I should say doggy bedside manner, is second to none. Your options are made known to you and there's no BS or beating around the bush.

Dr. Pifer is the best! He is so knowledgeable and great with my animals. So patient and is willing to work with and overcome my dog's dislike of the vet. My dog is a rescue Rottweiler with a deep hatred for the vet.and being restrained prior to me. Dr. Piper worked with him on visits just to get him comfortable, and can now do anything with him. I have been coming here for over 25 years.

The staff there is very. I can tell they really care about my dog. They know what they're doing, but it is a semi pricey place.you get what you pay for the and most of everything was done very well and with care. I would recommend them if you need a vent and will continue to go to them for my future veterinarian needs.

I brought my dog in when I wanted a second opinion. The vet and staff were awesome. They gave me the answers I was looking for.

Left My yorkie there for 10 days and returned to pick her up with diarrhea. She has been sick for the last two days and came crawling out of her crate as if she was afraid the day I picked her up. The receptionist was very rude to me and on the defense as soon as I walked in. I gave permission for a flu shot but there was another shot given without my permission. I’m so disappointed in this place and wish I had not subjected my pet to that treatment. I had to give one star in order to have this posted but would not have given if it had been my choice.
