5Everyone is so friendly. They also care about their patients. All employees are very helpful. The food is great and aides and nurses are so helpful. The physical therapy is great, too. Lisa is a very great nurse.
My grandma spent the last months of her life at a Countryside and the every time I asked her how things were, she said she really loved it. The staff were wonderful with her while we were there, and her room was always clean. After a few bad experiences she had at other nursing homes, it was nice to hear here speak so highly of this specific facility.
The staff is super friendly and they explain stuff to you in layman's terms because not all of us are medically knowledgeable and they seem to be taking very good care of my mother while she's there for rehab
