Countryside Veterinary Service - Kinsman

12/31/23 We've been bringing our furbabies here for a few years. Their staff are ALWAYS polite and considerate. We had to euthanize one of our babies (Lady Bula) today. I called up I asked if they could do it today. They said yes with No hesitation. They made the process as comfortable as they could. They did their jobs with compassion and took their time with us. Reassured us it was the best decision for our baby.

It was good. The wait was a little long considering we were the only ones there. But everyone was nice. And I liked the vet. She took good care of jaxon.

Amazing vet Dr Clayton is the best. Such compassion to his patient and owners. The staff is just as friendly.

Always had good service. They send reminders for your pet and are good about picking up the phone

I can be a difficult client for a Vet because of my past experiences. Dr DeMailo held her own & problem-solved with me to find solutions on an issue many Vets would give up on. Her dedication to the clinic & the animals she sees is apparent. The Vet industry in general is overworked, underpaid, and difficult to find help. This clinic is keeping their head above water & dealing with the current market climate gracefully. I will/would go here again, and not think twice because I know my dogs are in great hands with people who care about solutions.

They were awesome to us and our dog. We were not even a client, called around to get our dog some stitches from a fight he got into with our other dog and they were able to squeeze us in. My wife had called several other clinics and they could not help us in a timely fashion. Not only did they fix him up, they charged us a very fair price and called two days later to follow up on him. First class service and organization.

Staff is very friendly. Dr. Jeff Clayton is by far the most knowledgeable veterinarian/surgeon I have ever encountered. My dogs have had amazing care from him. Truly, there is no one that I have entrusted more than he with my pets. Dr. Clayton is absolutely remarkable. I would highly recommend Countryside Veterinarian Service. I'm very partial to Dr. Clayton. He genuinely cares and he loves his job taking care of everyone's pets.

Dr. Clayton and the staff are wonderful. We recently had to say goodbye to both of our senior boxers this year and we cannot thank them all enough for their compassion and care. They go above and beyond and truly care for your family members. We have been seeing Dr. Clayton for around 13 years and we will never go anywhere else. Words cannot express how grateful we are for everything and for caring for Gunner and Remington.

Great experience! Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. Staff is friendly and helpful with any questions! Clyde is a nice presence! Dr Clayton is amazing and takes his time to answer all questionand also taught us so much more about caring for my bird, Clyde. I feel Clyde gets the best care at Countryside and will recommend them to anyone!

When I first got my dog several years ago, I originally planned to take him to a different vet office, but I had a handful of people recommend this vet office so I switched and I am so glad I did! Every single person I've talked to over the years when I am there has always been extremely nice. I've had appointments with all of their vets there and they are all professional yet friendly, and very knowledgeable. The office has gotten me in quickly when needed. A+ receptionists, vet techs and vets!

Wonderful staff and veterinarians! He was very knowledgeable about our African gray parrot and was very gentle with him. It's very clean and modern. So glad to have such a wonderful facility that is so close. They even offer boarding for cats and dogs.

I've been dealing with some issues with my pup and trying to find a good vet. As soon as I walked in I knew I would get answers here. Staff and vet were all great and Remi was comfortable with everyone. Even though I live in niles, this will be my vet.

Update: unfortunately had to return bc Remi has to be euthanized and they took great care of him in his last moments

Phenomenal all the way around from the ladies at the front desk to the doctor himself just Phenomenal cannot recommend enough. I had a sick ball python and the people there where fast friendly and extremely knowledgeable.would give 10 stars if I could.

I can't say enough about this vet! Dr. Clayton has worked hard to figure out what is wrong with our lil foster pup and has been very hands on with her. Super nice staff too! Thank you for saving her life!

I really appreciate this vet. I have a cattery of mainecoons and also breed english bulldogs and they have been great with all of them. Mainecoon Babies in the way!

They have gotten my dog in for an appointment quickly when we had an emergency. Nice veterinarians, techs and staff.

Had an emergency with my cat this morning and they got me right in. Unfortunately I had to put my cat down but the staff there was very passionate and super nice. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.very reasonable in pricing as well.

Some of the most nicest caring people here I am glad I take my pets there I would recommend them to anyone thank you for taking care of our animals our family
