Countryside Veterinary Service - Middlefield

Took my French bulldog to get her c-section for her puppy delivery, we usually go to their smaller office in Garrettsville. Their staff was so caring and helpful through the entire process. I felt very happy with the whole process.

Always greeted warmly, my dogs are very well taken care of, and I am confident I am not overpaying for unnecessary services. I highly recommend Countryside to pet owners!

They REALLY CARE about your animals! They even call you to find out how your furr babies are doing after our visits. Very through with all my animals checkups. They call you as soon as they get the blood work up results and explain exactly what if anything is off.

The saw my dog the next day for a hot spot even though we had never been there before. All the staff was unbelievably kind and reassuring. Also, I found the price of the visit and the necessary prescription medications to be very reasonable. They called a few days after our visit to check on the dog. Excellent customer service and care!

My husband took our new puppy Chibs here, we just moved this way and needed a new vet. They where super friendly and gave me great information on the phone. Chibs 1st visit they where again very friendly and very informative. And when I called back for Chibs next appointment the lady on the phone was super nice again and answered and questions i had. This will be our new vet for both our babies.

Needed to take my dog in for an emergency case of mites that had occurred overnight but was denied emergency care because I was not a member. They also said they were booked for the rest of the day, but there were no other cars or people in the building, but myself, my dad, and my dog.

Great vet for bunny care! Had to find a vet to spay my rabbit. "Fixing" bunnies can be risky sometimes, I was so nervous, but they made sure I was at ease, and Luna was treated very well.

The care they gave was amazing! We drove 45 min four times just because of this practice being highly recommended.

Our new bunny will be seen there as well at 6 months for her spay.

I was just wondering if by "exotic" that includes parrots? My lil guy needs to be seen and avian vets are so hard to find!

Had to have my small dog euthanized, they were just terrible, I hope they re think what they did.

This was my first time using Countryside for my dog. The staff was amazing and thorough with the exam. I came in with just some basic diarrhea problems, they were very helpful and patient. Answered all my questions professionally and kindly. My dog can be shy around strangers, they noticed right away and didn’t try to force themselves on him and even made sure to pass on the knowledge to other members who came into the room. The doctor used the food I brought with us to help reward Freddie in getting to know her. She not only helped me feel comfortable but also Freddie. I wish I wasn’t terrible with names, or I would have mentioned everyone who helped us today! Thank you to all!
