Be cautious of going here 40 minutes before they close. They will not seat you. Terrible customer service. If I owned this restaurant and saw a 10 top leave like that, I would not be happy.

I came home from working a 10 hour day and my husband who just had surgery and home recovering said he had a taste for pizza!
I said you order and will do pick up!
Our first time ordering and was excited that I could pull up and they would run out to us we called and said we were here
Nope had to go in!
And on the way home my husband said he already tipped them!

Coming from someone who grew up on Long Island, NY, this is the closest place I’ve found in my 21 years living in NE Ohio that resembles what NY pizza really is. This place does a great job and is the real deal!

A lot of places say NY style, this is the closest I've found since moving to Ohio 3 years ago. Pricey, but pizza back home is too. Comparable prices. Nothing like pizza pizza cooked right on the stone and not in a pan.

Reheated slices taste like been sitting around all day taste like moldy soap. Young tarts have attitude when you tell them it’s no good

Very famous, but not a fan. Quality and quantity of topings were more than abundant, but the taste unfortunately was a. Meh!
Price is high compared to the taste, I got 3 pizzas and bread. Sorry, not a place I would recommend.

The staff, the food is absolutely top notch. This establishment goes above and beyond then a standard Pizza Joint. I will be a lifetime customer best pizza in town hands down. AAA+

Went in for carryout during the crazy Friday night. The nice young lady behind the counter was going to take my order until the owner or manager rudely cut her off and told me in a rude manner that he was swamped it was a 2 hour wait. There was a customer before me who just recieved a cheese pizza. He could have taken my order or gave me a alternative but apparently my money was not good. Will not ever go back.

Pretty good pizza! Their lunch deal is awesome. We had a great meal sitting on the bar stools by the front windows.

If you want the authentic NYC pizza experience without an 8 hour drive, this is the place for you. Delicious sauce, toppings, and ESPECIALLY crust. It's a big treat for me whenever I come here to eat. Worth the money for sure.

Amazing tasting food! The mgr is super friendly as are the workers. It's nice to have great food and great conversation with employees that are happy to be there. Highly recommend.

Excellent toppings. Wonderfully thin and crispy crust. A tiny bit soggy and greasy; right out of the oven it needs a fork a knife, but absolutely delicious.

We stopped in for the first time and were blown away. Inside is extremely clean with lots of seating. Seating is tables and chairs so no booths. The staff took the time to explain the menu and what a slice actually is. It's nearly half a pizza! I have to say it may be our new favorite pizza! Definitely stop in for a slice!

Good pizza, quick. Typical dining area, tables around the counter. Can watch pizzas being made. Questionable air conditioning, but fans were going.

Wow did this place take a turn for the worst. I waited to make this review but after 2 terrible meals and service it is clear with lack of adult supervision the all teenage staff works as little as possible and serves overworked dough and overcooked pizza. We waited over an hour for our last order because they misplaced it twice!

Pizza was good. Bit pricey. We had the supreme pizza. Like most pizza places they need to add another layer of cheese on top to keep it all the veggies together.

Absolutely love this pizza. The dough is thin and crispy and just perfect. It was so good, we went back and ordered more the same night!
