I had Courtney's assistant (and best friend) for our wedding photos. I had to suggest the spots in the park where to shoot at and how to pose. We had our engagement photos done in (early) May 2016 and didn't even get them back until after our wedding our July 23 2016. We got our engagement photos August 15. The day of our wedding, she was late. I told her make-up artist would be here at 7 and she didn't get there until after 8am. (We had the package for all day). The reason why we hired Courtney is because they have a signature photo where they use sparklers at night and write your name or love with the sparklers. I told her I wanted to do this and she didn't have any sparklers, one of my guests had to take her to her house to get sparklers. Then we were outside for over 30 mins because she couldn't get it to work right and then she said she got it. We also took other photos outside in the gazebo and it was sun full (still bright enough outside) and when we FINALLY got our pictures back, none of the outside photos at the reception hall was in there. When asked she said they didn't come out (yet you have a digital camera and can see it right away and said we were good when we took the photos). I missed saying good-bye to a lot of guests because we were outside taking the sparkler pictures. We didn't get out proofs back until August, even tho she said it would be a week, and didn't get our full album until end of November (after I emailed her about us not having any of it yet). There were 2 pictures that were in our proofs but not in our album. We were supposed to get a photo album because of the special and we never got it. I had emailed Courtney in March of 2017 and she soon. October 2017 we STILLED didn't receive our photo album and I emailed Courtney again and she gave the excuse of the place she sends them to messed them all up and she THOUGHT she reached out to everyone. I had to pick 40 pictures now and send them to her. December rolled around and I couldn't find a few pictures that I wanted so I emailed her and she never emailed me back. Then I finally gave up and sent her the picture numbers (early Feb 2018) that I wanted and told her the description of the other one that was missing from the album (but was in my proofs) and STILL never got back to me. Finally, I emailed her AGAIN at the end of March 2018 and asked what was going on and she asked if I have used drop box before and I said no and she then asked for my address so she can drop off a flash drive because her computer CRASHED. Still never got the flash card by the end of April 2018 and made a long complaint to her. She finally dropped it off and told me to load the pictures I wanted and drop it back at her house, which she neglected to tell me she moved and if the person didn't answer the door they would have had my wedding photos and never would have known. (During the 2016/early 2017 I gave her leeway because she just had a baby). Then the flash drive she gave me didn't work and she was going out of town and when she was coming back I was out of town for 2 months. I didn't get my printed, table top album until AUGUST 8,2018! 2 YEARS after my wedding. Not professional at all. (She did give me a $25gc for dinner, like that really helps, this was my wedding!)

Couldn’t ask for a better photographer! Very personable and knows where to place you for the perfect shot. Also listens with open ears to any ideas you may throw at her!

My fiancé and I hired Courtney as our photographer for our wedding next year after we met her at a bridal show. We decided to hire her because of how personable, professional, nice, and down to earth she was. We just had our engagement photo session with her and she exceeded our expectations! She made this experience so fun and the sneaks she posted turned out stunning! We are looking forward to seeing the rest of them and for her to capture our wedding day!

Courtney is amazing! You can tell she loves her job! She did our engagement photos and we had such a blast doing it! She makes you feel beautiful and brings out your true smiles. Best decision I ever made was booking with Courtney! She will also be doing our Wedding and I know the pictures will be perfect!
