Great customer service! Rooms clean. Refrigerator too small. Great location! Shuttle bus WAY too crowded with seats. You provide a shuttle to the hospital that is not handicapped accessible?

Easily the best hotel experience in 10 years. That’s coming from someone who traveled for business for 14 years. Lots of amenities on and off the property. Go enjoy! Plus it’s right next to MOCA where my son had his first solo art show.

Good location, friendly staff and gave me the Case Western Medical School discount so that was nice. Also recommend some great restaurants near by.

My family and I fly to Cleveland every summer for the 4th of July. We usually attend a hotel downtown for a better view. When we arrived at our usual hotel, they told us Arionna was no longer with the hotel. I was devastated! I immediately stopped the clerk from checking us in and personally called Arionna to see if she was still in hotels. Luckily she told me to come on down to the courtyard. She told me about all of the amenities you guys offered. Once we arrived, we asked for Arionna’s section because we know the girl takes pride in her work. My grand kids just love her! We got a great view from the hallway window facing downtown. We now have a new home when we come to Cleveland. We will be back every summer. Thanks for the clean rooms and friendly staff!

Hotel is clean, staff is super friendly and concerned for you. Valet is always friendly and quick. Very affordable and gives you break if patient at hospital. Helped a lot while my husband is in ICU

I used their On Air parking service to Cleveland airport. The price was very reasonable! Check-in was smooth. Shuttle service was prompt and professional. Definitely recommend.

Beds were a little hard, in my opinion. Staff was wonderful. Very disappointed that the pool was closed due to Covid. Otherwise a nice place.

Read a couple old negative reviews and I was nervous. However, I found every single person involved in guest services ridiculously caring and thoughtful. I was greeted with smiles and friendly banter. Anytime I requested something they were more than willingto help. Clean and quiet, modern updated furnishings, plenty of pillows and comfortable rooms. Thank you.

Nice clean standard hotel with very friendly staff. I arrived early before check in time and our room was ready. The hotel is located quite close to Case Western Reserve University and lots of places to eat. If you are a coffee drinker there was no coffee station in the lobby and the coffee in the room is so so, but there is a Starbucks coffee right outside the hotel.

The hotel was clean and modern. If you bring a car valet parking is mandatory unless you park on the street.

Wonderful place to stay! Staff is all super friendly. Rooms are immaculate. We always try to stay here when visiting our student.
Be aware that since it’s in the middle of a college campus, there is occasionally an aroma of weed in the hall. Mostly not a problem in the rooms.

Great hotel, inside and out. It is in a good location and near public transportation. The staff was warm and helpful. The rooms were clean as was the lobby area. Unfortunately, there is no complimentary onsite parking. There is valet parking with in/out privileges. For short term parking there is app based parking next to the hotel.

Nothing is significantly wrong with the room, the problem is the service. I'll tell you why. This reservation was made for me; I'm here for an interview. The front desk person, Donte, was rude to me from the beginning. I gave him my name and he said I'm supposed to be arriving tomorrow. I nicely explained that my reservation was moved up a day because last week my interview was moved up a day and I gave him the new confirmation number. Apparently the name on the reservation didn't get switched to mine because he scoffed and said, "She just made everything so much harder. I can't just check you into someone else's room. " Look - it's 10pm, I just drove here from Philadelphia, and this is not my fault. There no reason to treat someone like that, and especially a customer. I'm not saying "the customer is always right", I'm saying be professional or don't work in customer service.
I get my key and my boyfriend and I start loading stuff onto the luggage cart. The people outside see us and say this hotel is valet parking only. $20. They didn't know whether I'd be charged (remember the room is being paid for by someone else). The hotel has my credit card on file for "incidentals" so I go back inside to talk to Donte to ask if there is another option for parking. He literally laughed at me for thinking we could park on our own, that the hotel has its own lot. I used to work in retail and you should never, ever act like a customer is being ridiculous. Be diplomatic or don't work in customer service. It's not like this is an unusual thing to ask, either. I don't know my way around. I don't live here. Thats why I'm staying in this hotel.
When I asked about other places to park he said the other parking in this neighborhood "is not the safest" and the only other lot is pay by the hour. I said okay I just want to make sure I wasn't going to be charged for it since the room is being paid for by someone else. Any normal person in customer service would have just taken care of it. That's what every other hotel has done.
We went back and forth about this, first he said he thinks they'll comp it. I said I want to make sure though and then I guess he changed his mind because then he said no they're probably expecting you to pay for it but I'd have to ask them. After all this trouble at the end of an already rough day I was so tired and frustrated that I started crying a little so I walked away. I didn't do anything wrong and I just wanted to leave but I couldn't afford to.

When I came back to lobby to give my car keys I looked at his (Donte's) name tag in case I decide I should to talk to someone about him. He proudly displayed it to me like he *wanted* me to challenge him. I said, still crying a little, "You were very rude to me when I got here. " He said, condescendingly, "I checked you in to your room. " That's literally the bare minimum he's supposed to do so I don't understand how that was supposed to fix the problem.
I've been staying in a different hotel every night for 2 months straight and haven't encountered rude people like that even at the 1 star motels. Certainly not at a Marriott. Again, I'm not a "the customer is always right" type of person. I just expect them to be courteous and treat people like they would want to be treated.

Also, breakfast isn't included in the rate. There is a "bistro" in the lobby which is just Starbucks.

It once again was fantastic! Princeton the mixologist/ food artist is amazing. Donte greetings are always friendly. That's why we keep coming back. We even got to meet and speak with the evening supervisor this stay. She's absolutely beautiful to start with and was very open and friendly. We even spent another night because of her hospitality.
