Cousin Vinny's Pizza, Dayton OH

I've giving it 3 stars because usually the pizza is decent and delivery is fast and friendly.today was not the case. I called and asked about todays special. He was so preoccupied with laughing and joking with someone, that I couldn't understand what he was saying. I asked about the 6.99 large and he asked if i was a UD student.which I'm not but I usually get the 6.99 large. He seemed more interested in talking to whomever it was that he was chatting with, I just told him I'd call somewhere else. I called pizza hut

This pizza actually tastes great. It is everything I love about pizza. The flavor is like authentic NY.

First order I made i picked up in person I was impressed, but ordered online and the Pizza sucked.

Great pizza fast, and for a low price. I love the cream and crimson which despite my surprise potatoes go well with the white sauce pizza.

Ordered from here yesterday the brownie was hard and burnt its still sitting in the kitchen about to go in the trash. The pizza was over cooked also. Was very disappointed. And both my drinks had so much ice it was pretty much two sips and gone. Think I'm just going to stick with Domino's from now on. Ive had a problem with this place before and tried to call and have it fixed and they wouldnt fix it so i didnt even bother trying to have them fix it this time. Im just done ordering from there from now on

The people in there on especially late nights are always professional even when I call at 2 or 3 in the morning. I think everybody on 2nd to 3rd deserves a raise.

What's been going on with this location? Super greasy pizza (literally soggy bread from so much greasy* and orders are never done on time 15-20 mins late recently and its ridiculous since we always order online so our pizza is already paid for when we go to pick it up and it's never done, it's not even done 15 mins later. We've been ordering from this location for the last 3 years and it use to be a good place but something changed and it's disappointing.

So i ordered a big ten at 12 am tild me 40 min ok thats fine! Hr goes by i call back u manager said it should b there within a min or so ended up waiting for an hour and 40 min for my food it was 1: 40 in the morning and out food was ice cold. Never again will i eat there

I don’t know if you guys changed the way you cook your pizza and breadsticks but lately it’s been extra delicious! It’s always a great decision and I appreciate you all working! A+ job this weekend!

They changed it so you have to order at least $10 worth to have your order delivered. Good pizza, but not THAT good.

I have ordered from them previously and for the longest time they got my order right. Recently they have been getting my order wrong and when I return it for the fixed pizza that one is also always wrong. I just ordered last night and specified exactly how I wanted my pizza and they had everything printed on the ticket correctly. Received my pizza and it WAS NOT THE WAY I ORDERED IT ON THE TICKET. They gave me a thin crust instead of a hand tossed. I will not be ordering from there again.

Love Cousin Vinnys - Food is always Hot - Great - and They are extremely Fast. Well worth the price also.

Not worth a plug nickel.charged my credit card never got food and will not fix their mistake-but after a week and a half i finally was able to get my subs but they still messed up the order

The store has horrible customer service. Call to get a delivery and they tell me they aren't my store and give me a number to the store I should order. I call that store and they say no they aren't the right store and revert me back to the Wayne and store! I did this back and forth between both stores and got no answer and no pizza no one was willing to help out do anything!

This is my favorite pizza place in the area. The pizza and the breadsticks are always amazing. The delivery guys and girls are always fast and friendly. Try the Cream & Crimson.it is the best pizza on the menu, in my opinion.

If i could give this store a 0 i would. Horrible service. Horrible customer service. Slow non existant delivery! Rude night manager! Wow

When I moved to Dayton I tried just about every pizza place. Pizza is a staple, lol. By far Cousin Vinny's is THE BEST! Always fresh and fast

Not very good pizza it taste nasty cansenaos is a lot better or jo's pizza there in Riverside Dayton Ohip they can be high but there very good a pissa there is between $18 and $23 dollars

Not bad not good but the lady who answer the phone at the night shift is one of the rudest person I've ever heard in my ears

My dumb ass fell asleep the first time they tried to deliver my pizza and they brought it back to me 30 minutes later still warm
