If I could put zero stars I absolutely would. This place is horrible, from the lack of maintenance to miss management of the complex. Rent goes up every single year I've lived here.started at 900 and now having to pay 1300 a month and what for? The house gets so dusty because they never change out air filters like it states in our lease agreement.our dish washer isn't even properly mounted under our counter and falls forward when you want to wash dishes, that has been going on for over a year, asked to get it fixed never has been.another apartment had a water leak that drained into our apartment.and instead of having it professionally cleaned, they told us to just clean up the water with towels.so water is probably just sitting between the walls.also our bathroom ceilings and toilets have black spots all over and they told us it was due to hard water. I'm sorry hard water does not cause growth to the extent of what's happening in our bathrooms. The air quality is so bad that we have air purifiers on and we will still have sinus issues and dust will literally be covered over our stuff within 2 days of dusting.nothing is ever fixed when we do a service call.they never answer the phones when you do call in to have something fixed or just to have some questions answered. But they are super quick to raise the rent on you every single year.also when we moved in our stove/oven didn't even work.it took them literally 4 months to get us one, so we had to buy a counter top oven just to make dinners in for the first 4 months we even lived here. Just overall a bad experience living here, same with what our neighbors have told us for them as well.
