Covey Run Apartments, Miamisburg OH

Great place to live. If you like peace and quiet this is the place for you. The neighbors are very nice and friendly. Managment is awesome and maintenance is great. I love the peace and tranquility all day and all night 365 days a year. I've lived here 7 years and it is wonderful.

Just re-signed my lease. Absolutely love it here. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues and Jenae in the office is a gem!

Covey run was nice to live at as a complex but the staff they had running the place then were thieves and crocs. They stole money out of my apartment when they entered it change the ac filter without a notice. In the beginning the lady managing the rental office admitted that her husband (the maintenance guy) entered all the units in my building the day before to change filters, but the next day she changed her story in front of the Miamisburg police officer and said they changed filters in the other units but not my unit. When the police checked out my filter, it turned out to be brand new and has just been changed which means they were in my apartment and they did steel money from my home. I contacted the owner's office but without finding any straight forward answers. I hope things have changed over there by now.

I've been very happy here. I can walk to so much which is great now that the weather is getting nice! You cannot find a better location or beat the price. I feel more like I am in a home than in an apartment and all the staff are really on top of things.

This complex is section 8. They care only for their government check renters. We lived in an apartment that was filled with smoke from a neighbor.it was literally choking us out. Ended up having to move. Such a shame that the buildings are so pretty but trashed up by the people that live there.

I lived at Covey Run for the year of 2013. The staff were always extremely helpful and professional from the time I moved in to the time I moved out. Whenever I had a problem at the apartment a simple work order would get maintenance out right away to fix it. The Austin Landing conveniences across the street were a major plus! Although a pool on the property would've been nice, overall I enjoyed my stay at Covey Run.

I have lived here for many years. I have awesome neighbors and have never had any problems. I love the location and all the new shopping conveniences across the street at Austin Landing. I have found its nice living in a smaller Community. I love the new bike trail!

Unfortunately all reviews referring to the new management company and Adrianne are true, they are horrible and she is the most unhelpful, condescending person I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Save yourself the hassle and find somewhere else to live.

I lived in that place for one year is unclean place, and old apartments parley keep maintain this place, full of roaches and you have to pay for every thing even for maintenance

Overall the apartment itself has been good, its a pretty good size for the money. I like being by the bike path (a big part of why I chose it) and being across from Austin Landing. The staff has been great and no complaints about the community.

I've lived here for quite sometime and haven't had any major issues. The property continues to improve and is in the best location. I'm really glad I moved here.

I moved here several months ago and love it! You can't beat the location and the incredible access to the bike path. I love taking my dog on long runs. The staff here are amazing and have been so helpful. I highly recommend this place!
