Cox Arboretum MetroPark reviews
18It's a really nice place to walk and great for photography. Some parts are Handicap accessible.
Beautiful and serene place… Awesome park for kids to enjoy nature with butterflies, koi fishes and turtles. Nice views from the treehouse specially scenic for Fall colors.
Another gorgeous MetroPark. Nice trails for everyone; children, elders, dogs. Beautiful ponds and water areas.
This is a wonderful place to connect with nature. Kids will love the tower with its amazing views of Dayton
Lovely trails to casually walk that vary from paved paths about manicured lawns and gardens to worn dirt paths through the woods. Every season offers different experiences and should appeal to anyone who is enjoys spending time outdoors.
Beautiful place to walk around or take pictures. Super peaceful awesome ponds and georgous grounds.
My family loves this park. Our kids enjoy exploring the paths and looking out from the Tree Tower. There’s enough steps that they can see for miles, but not so many that it’s difficult to get to the top. There are pretty settings along the paths to stop and take pictures, so I appreciate that!
For nature lovers this is a must go see location. I suggest you go each session and go more than once because each time you will see something you missed the last time.
Beautiful place. Loved it! Pretty flowers, cute squirrels, fish. Had an awesome photo session with Ernestography. Look him up! But the Arboretum was also very clean. Thumbs up!
It's very pretty and good for talking walks around the park and there are trails to take too. Its great for quiet and peaceful. It does get busy on the weekends but it’s a great place to see nature. Great place to take kids and let them see all the different kinds of animals and the ponds with fish and turtles in them. The trails in the woods is great because it’s like hiking but you don’t have to drive far to be able to hike!
This park is just the best. We trekked all the way from Columbus just to climb the tree tower cause it was closed last time we were out. A stop here followed by a visit to the Wright brothers museum and it's a nice day trip
We had a lovely evening here walking the dogs through the beautiful grounds. Nice places for a picnic too. Huge park with a variety of things to see.
One of my happy places! It’s beautiful and peaceful. Always well kept. A few of the many highlights are the butterfly house and the spectacular tulips in the spring. I’d give Cox Arboretum 10 stars if I could!
Love this place very beautiful call our engagement pictures and pictures we used for our wedding invitations done here. Come here to bring the kids just to walk its usually pretty busy though but other than that it's a awesome place to come with the family.
Nice place for walks and picnics. Took my older mother on a 1.5 hour walk on the paved paths, she liked it. They had a loaner wheel chair which made it possible, so big ups to them for having That! Got an older Parent, take them here for a walk!
A really nice blend of nature and age friendly pathways. Room for groups of people, be it a party of 1 or 20. And personally if you enjoy space play out side with your pets or pokemon plenty of fun spots for both
One of the nicest of Dayton's metro parks. Trails are easy to follow and not too hard or long. Other attractions include the observation tower, butterfly house, and small ponds with turtles and koi in them surrounded by various gardens full of flowers and ornamental shrubs. This place is great for pictures and wedding receptions, or just being outdoors with the tranquil beauty of the gardens.
