CPR Cell Phone Repair Findlay reviews
11I went in to get an estimate for an iPhone repair. I need it written so I can recoup my cost of the repair. The OWNER would not do it! He said he "didn't care to. " He was extremely rude as well.
Tate was excellent with customer service and getting the screen back on in just a couple of hours. I would recommend there services to anyone.
Thank you! Steve Pool
Attentive to customers stated problems. In my experience the problem was identified quickly and was quickly fixed
I needed a stuck SIM card removed from my phone. I took it somewhere else first and they tried to dig it out, which damaged the SIM card. I took it to CPR - he removed it the correct way and saved me! Without that SIM card, I was not going to be able to have a working phone. Not only was he helpful; he was also kind. CPR should be your first and only stop for phone repair!
Do not go there. I had my iPhone 13 promax back replaced and they gave me a rip off. I didn’t drop it or anything it break when I was trying to put the case on my phone.
The owner is pretty impolite, as evidenced in the replies to customer's reviews. The phones are also way over priced.
I'm in the parking lot as I write this lol. 10/10 Tate got her fixed and returned in less than 24 hours even with having to order the part
Fixed a broken screen on my iPad very quickly and for less money than anyone else had quoted. Kept me updated with the progress. Very satisfied with the repair and the service.
This is going to be a long post. Short version is that I am out $900 because of CPR Repair.
Took my phone in to get my cracked screen replaced. Phone was functional, but I wanted the cracks gone. The employee was nice and professional. I was told she would be able to make the repair within the work day, it took them multiple days to make the repair. They were busy, I get it, no big deal. This is not the worst part. I go to pick up my phone and the employee hands it to me with the home screen on. After I paid, I notice that my screen was not responding to touch. Completely frozen. Had to wait another day for them to figure out the problem. I go back and talk to the manager who said there was internal damage in the phone that they "discovered" during the screen repair. He said it would take a lot of time and money to fix this damage and I would be better off buying another phone. So they've left me with a broken phone and still made me pay $60 for the UNUSABLE screen. Then I went and paid $850 to replace my phone at another store.
The absolute bare minimum they could have done would be to fully refund me the money for both labor and parts. The way I see it, I had a working phone before I went to CPR, and it was handed back to me broken and they should be responsible. Not only this, but the employee attempted to hand me back my phone that I have to assume she knew was not working. This happened some months ago and I don't usually write bad reviews but the situation still isn't sitting well with me so I thought I'd give others a warning.
Very impressed with my recent service - in and out in 15 minutes. I was even more impressed with the treatment that was given to an elderly couple that was in front of me. The technician was patient - allowed the couple to explain their frustration and then he clearly stated what he would do and why it needed done.
