About 3 weeks ago, the owner of the store, fixed my phone. My phone was not working on the screen. I could not type anything on the middle of the screen. The owner was really nice, explained what was going on with my phone and easily helped me get my photos and videos transferred to my new phone. I was really satisfied with the honesty, information, and quick fix. Price was VERY reasonable. I surely would recommend this place!

My charging port stopped working and I could only use a wireless mat. When the replacement part came in, they fixed my phone very quickly. I'm back to charging my phone the correct way!

They fixed my phone quickly and for a fair price. So the repair service was spot on, but my main impression was not good, due to the service rep that handled things. He was basically rude, disinterested and made me feel like I was bothering him just by walking into the store. Probably wont go back.

Got my phone back Saturday just before close, when I got home my phones back glass was not properly glued to the frame and is falling off from the bottom by the charging port, can't beleive they'd give this too me as a finished product. NOT HAPPY

Was sent here by my phone service carrier. Customer service tech was rude told me there was no connection between the carrier and the business. Rolled his eyes at me when I asked if he could check to see if my SIM card was card was properly inserted.

Very knowledgeable about issues. Upfront pricing and quick repairs even having to order parts.

At the end of the day this specific business will always have my business. Quick fast can't beat the repair price. But the best part was they made sure u were taken care of. They talk to u with respect and they don't double talk u. A great place to go get your repairs done. But even better customer service. Thank you.

I've broken my screen on this phone 3 times and Tony has had it fixed and working better than new within an hour every time! Tony is a lifesaver!

Started with an estimate using their website checklist and then stopped in to have my old IPad charging port replaced…. Dropped it off Friday morning and the Technician shared that he thought they could have repaired late that afternoon but with us busy the weekend I told them first of the week would be fine…. Called Monday afternoon that it was completed and picked up Tuesday… Repair cost was as quoted and after looking online for parts and the tools I would need to make the repair and the time it would have taken myself I came out ahead!

Got the battery in my phone replaced. Great store with professional service. It's getting harder and harder to find cell phone repair stores as manufacturers would rather have you replace it then fix it.

I came here last year to get my screen replaced. The technician emphasized that I had a warranty and could get my screen fixed for free after the initial visit. Two months later I had my screen replaced again, for free. I came today to get my screen fixed and they’re saying they don’t have warranties and they don’t know why I wasn’t charged the last time. It doesn’t make sense to “accidentally” not charge someone for a $175 service. Also, the new technician’s attitude sucks.

I was unable to connect with owner. He called me back after I resorted to another place. I feel very confident that this business is a good choice for phone repair
