I had 2 bedrooms in my home which had hard wood on them and we had tile put down its absolutely beautiful and we couldn't be more happy with the finished product. The guys that came were very professional and did an awesome job keeping it cleaned up as they worked. Looking to get all the hardwood up and having them place tile down in the other rooms. Love it.thanks Crabtree Carpet.

We highly recommend Crabtree's Carpet. Everyone at Crabtree's were professional and extremely friendly. The installation was able to be schedule very quickly and the installation was done in high quality, attention to detail, and left everything very clean at the end of the job. We will use Crabree's Carpet again!

First of all we were very satisfied with the help from Todd. I feel he went above and beyond the service provided. We changed the tile a few times and Todd always seemed to understand and gave us exactly what we wanted. The service men (Randy and Kevin) did an outstanding job and would recommend them on about anything. We have always used the Amish for any work we had done that is until now. Perfect work and extremely nice people

Mr Matt has been working so well around my idiosyncrasies with my choices and trying to keep within our budget.as a side note, we came to Crabtree Carpet from Mt. Sterling fir carpeting in our new home because we knew the workmanship AT HOME. Thx Matt.

My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about Crabtree’s carpet. The whole process was flawless, starting with Todd coming to the house and taking measurements and working with us through the payment process and Chris installing our floors and listening to all the input we had on the install. We absolutely love our floors and have a piece in mind knowing they were done right! We will be referring them to everyone we know.

Crabtree’s Carpet recently installed laminate flooring in my home. From the purchasing process to the installation, I could not have been more satisfied with the outcome. My home was respected by installers who were highly skilled along with Steve who was helpful and patient with me in making a decision. I would highly recommend this business to everyone. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed with their service: a quality product, affordable price, and excellent service.

We recently had this company install pre-finished wood floors, carpet on stairs and tile. Firstly, the wood floor installation was fantastic. The product was better than expected and the demo and install was beautifully done. We had all of the carpet in all of the bedrooms removed, baseboards and hallway carpet. Everything was cleaned up and the installation in the bedrooms and hallways were expertly executed. We had the old carpet on our staircase removed and a patterned carpet and new pad installed. The pattern was complicated and the installers put the new carpet in perfectly in one day. Out of that same carpet, we had custom rugs made for our den and master bedroom. I cannot recommend this service enough. It is not advertised and I doubt many people know they can order carpet from Crabtree's and have it custom sized to their specification. The pad that was delivered with the rugs was amazing and really made this a luxurious carpet rug for our rooms. Lastly, we had our kitchen, hallways, pantry room, and 4 bathroom floors tiled. We purchased our tile from another company before we came to work with Crabtree carpet and later learned that they sell tile as well. All of these rooms had tile or carpet that had to be removed before installation. They did all of the work. They sent a crew to our house to accomplish this massive project of demolition and it was done quickly. The tile installer was very efficient and worked diligently until job was completed. The tile installer suggested a pattern that we were unfamiliar with and we chose it and the finished product is absolutely gorgeous. We had some issues that would have been easily avoided if self leveling spacers were used. For future tile clients, ask for that and your project will be flawless. The tile installer also assisted in putting baseboards back up and we wish we would have had them stay and do all of the baseboards. I would recommend paying extra for that. It is worth it and they do a perfect job. Overall, this company exceeded our expectations and we would recommend them for flooring needs.

Definitely here to brag on a local business! Through a friend we were sent to Crabtree’s Carpet Outlet in Lucasville.they did a great job! My tiny house, with ALL my furniture and crazy dog around, the installer (s) got everything done and it looks great! I had a minor flooring catastrophe that was our fault, but Crabtree’s came through with a save, while I was at work. I never even had to leave the office! You don’t get this type of care from Lowe’s, Menard’s, or any of the big box stores. My house looks almost complete inside now, and the job was done to perfection!

We loved the work that Jason, Todd and the crew at Crabtree's Carpet in Lucasville did for us. They installed new tile and carpeting throughout the house, and it looks wonderful! They were fast and efficient and cleaned up every evening before they left. And they were in and out in a week! We would highly recommend staying local and letting the experts do the work for you!
