Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Columbus OH

It was my birthday. My server was from the South. Super sweet lady. Great food. Great service. Couldn't ask for better.

Everything was delicious and our server Tamara was amazing. She quickly accommodated all of our requests as well as expertly handled a trouble table behind us. We were seated within the timeframe for the wait that they told us about when we registered on our way in to the store.

We always enjoy our visit. The food is always delicious. Serving size just right. Worth the wait time. The staff are very friendly and helpful in the gift shop. Very clean and organized.

Half of the normal options were cut from the menu. The bright point was the staff was very exceptional.

The food is always good. Because they are always so busy, the service is frequently slow. Check out is always pleasant.

HUGE crowd for the holiday, Thanksgiving, we waited about an hour and a half, but the food was good (though somewhat delayed, they were out of many things!), Our waiter, Fred M, was super stressed, but did a great job; we're a pretty easy and understanding group, so we cut him a lot of slack sir to circumstances well beyond his control, he did a great job. We left sated, happy.

Two tables that came in after we did who also had the same server receive their meals before we did. We only ordered eggs and pancakes, it should have come out pretty quick. There was no communication, we left.

Order was taken quickly and came out promptly. There were no mistakes with our order. We had Rachel as our server and she was absolutely wonderful!

Had two waitresses taking orders at the same time. Different lady brought the food out. Orders were wrong. Food presentation was disturbing. Looked like it was slapped on the plates. Kid sized portions for all adult orders. Didn't have items yet didn't inform you they were out until asked. Very disappointed in the evening. Hopefully it will be different next time pecan pie had the filling slapped on the plate beside the pie? How did that even happen?

Food was great service was great the reason i didn't give all 5 * is was treated like a criminal in gift shop don't know if it was race that drove the women to follow me around or was it my appeeral I had on that day cuz I def wasn't dressed to impress lol either way it wasn't right to treat me that way

We been going there more than 30 years all over the country great food great shopping for gifts for all seasons? OCCASIONS

You can't go wrong @ Cracker Barrel. The only thing that can be bad is the service and our server Kendra was awesome. Food was good as it it usually is.

Cracker Barrels are always my go to when I'm on the road and this one did not disappoint. Our waitress was nice and attentive, she answered questions that the group had and was prompt in bringing drinks and the food. The quality of the food was great. I always order breakfast items and the pancake was nice and crispy and the eggs were cooked well. Clean restaurant as well. Definitely will go back when in the area.

Dependable stop. Quick in and out for an early breakfast.
The key is to get there early and avoid the after church crowd.
Good food and portions at a typical price for these chains.

Even though it was Thanksgiving evening, the staff were attentive. The food was good but they did run out of some of the food.

Great food great prices would have got a 5star but mediocre staff. Anytime I have any questions concerning my to go such as when will it be ready and was it received I always get the same answer I dont know then they walk back to the back and dont return for 20mins.

They have great breakfast and it is always fun to look around the little country store. Service was in a timely manner and the server was very friendly.

Its thanksgiving. We went to crackel barrel expecting an hour wait. So we werent surprised when they told us it would be an hour. We waited for 2 hours. Then we waited 1 hour for our food after ordering. There was an army vet by himself next to my family. He eventually left. With no offers from the manager for compensation. The food was not good at all. Nothing. Really just a horrible experience that lasted 4 hours. They did compensate us with half off. But after everything. It wasnt worth it.

I heard great things about this place so me and my family went and the food was okay. But my father in law did catch food poisoning from here. Which sucks.

In a pretty empty restaurant we had to wait for 1/2 hour for a table. Our server was very slow and forgetful. Food was only okay.
