Cracker Barrel Old Country Store reviews
33Rebecca was Exceptional. Hard to find a waitress so Is tentative to my needs. Remembered all the little things which is hard under normal days let alone when short staffed. I was pleased to chat with her as well and see she is as friendly as professional. The meal was perfect as well. Had breakfast, French toast and bacon (which was crippy like I asked for and usually don't get) also had a to go order chicken and dumplings which will be dinner. PLUS had the Coca-Cola cake ALWAYS amazing
The Piqua location has great waitresses, and the food is always good, and pretty quick to come out of the kitchen! Definitely worth going!
Wonderful experience and our waitress was very friendly and shay who checked use out at the counter was very friendly and was super sweet
Good food and service my wife ordered the chicken pot pie we were told it was going to take a while greatly appreciated the notice she changed her mind to order another meal
The entry is like an old fashioned country store. Very interesting items. Exceptionally clean and warm environment. Staff are cordial, helpful,
and friendly. They have a new menu. Southern style, very tasty. Cooked to your desire. No more salads, and limited desserts. A Very enjoyable meal.
After being put on hold for 20 minutes & driving 25 miles while on hold to place my order i walked in & asked for a couple minutes i walked back to the kitchen door and asked again for a manager. A few more minutes passed before he appeared. I held my phone up and asked what do you hear. He listened with confusion. I said cant you hear your phone ringing on my phone. He realized what was going on. I showed him how long i was waiting to place my order. He took my order. 2 county fried steaks mac& cheese & broccoli & cheese. Got home 30 minutes later only to have gravy & broccoli. Come on PIQUA OHIO CRACKER BARREL. Get it together it wasn't even busy. Makes no sense.
Very poor menu selection for a Sunday evening. I feel sorry for the Locals who have so few dining out choices and they are stuck with a cracker barrel that could care less but to serve sub standard meals. When it was mentioned to the wait staff, all they could say I know. Heard a customer leaving asked by I assume was a manager type, how was everything, and their answer was not very good. If it wasn't for the unsuspecting interstate travelers, I'm sure the place would be nearly empty. Avoid this place if you can. Not worth dropping your dollars for poor quality and poor selection.
Took my wife there for dinner. Service was great, name was Ben. Food was good, no wait. And did a little browsing in their shop. Nice visit
The food was amazing, true homestyle cooking! If you're looking for comfort food I would highly recommend. I had the Chicken Fried Chicken with Mac n Cheese, Mashed Potatos, and a side of Broccoli. The waitress was very inviting and made us feel at home. We love Cracker Barrel! And love getting stuck in the gift shop too!
I had a great meal with my granddaughter celebrating her birthday. Our waitress was just as good.
It's a Cracker Barrel. Expect comfort food slightly on the bland side. But service at this location was excellent, the food came fast and was great for what it is, and the restaurant was very clean. If you're looking for a Cracker Barrel, this is a good one. If you're looking for world class cuisine, look elsewhere.
Waited over an hour for our food. Eggs were over cooked, had to ask for meal items that were forgotten, and watched at least two tables get up and walk out. Been there several times but will have to think long and hard about going again.
It was great I did some shopping and the ladies help me quite a bit because I am handicapped they carry the items up for me and I love the stuff that you carry so I'm a happy camper I like going to the store the best and your food is good, amen
The food is good, prices are average. The place seems a bit cluttered for me. I understand the whole country/country store theme, but de-clutter already.
The absolute worst service and food. And nobody seem to care. They weren't busy food was cold service horrible. We go to Cracker Barrel restaurants all over and they are very good. Will not go back to thid one, nothing good about this one. Very sad!
Great as always.great place to stop over. Gas station, park, hotel all together in one stop. Had good service, clean, and great food.
Had breakfast there. Great waitress. Food delicious. Not crowded. Fast check out. Will go back.
First time at a Cracker Barrel in my 49 years. Food was great for the price. Vegetables were cooked to perfection. The carrots literally melt in your mouth. Biscuits are perfect. The white gravy is really good.
Hospitality and service are second to none.
Ordered online went 40 minutes after our order waited another 40 minutes there and the food was cold and old. Dry pasty dumplings didn't do it for me. Not the Cracker Barrel food I recall from other locations
Lovely service, very attentive with the drinks and the food was hot and fast.the staff are extremely friendly and nice.
