Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Lima OH

Always great staff, food is always hit to the tabke and spot on. Have a lovely gift shop with decent prices. Recommend to anyone and everyone.

No reason to come back.

No more chicken livers.

Sky soda is gone. They only serve the small sirloin now. Many things are missing or changed and they are soon going to start serving alcohol. The old Cracker Barrel is gone.

Seems like every time I go to Cracker Barrel something is wrong with someone's order, usually the okra is hard as a rock.

As overpriced as a lot of the stuff in the store is, I do enjoy looking and they have some unique items.

Slowest service I've ever experienced. 40 minutes and no food with 2 hungry kids Waitress just wanders by and doesn't check on us.last time I'll go to the Lima cracker barrel. At least I had time to write this review and still haven't gotten our food. 52 minutes now and counting!

50 minute wait for food. Was told 4 times "it will be out in a minute" ended up leaving and not getting food. Multiple other families that came in after us got their food before me and my family.

Place was so dark I could not read the the menu. So went with the daily special, county fried pork chops.they were good but the sides and cornbread were horrible. Mashed potatoes and white gravy, as well as the mac and cheese had no flavor. Completely bland. Cornbread was burnt.

Went for supper, waitress very rude, threw plates down on table food not warm. She acted like we were bothering her for our silverware, very disappointed in food and service.

It was my second time there in about 5 months and it did not get no better since the first time. The first time the food was not very warm the candle on our table had went out and the smoke just kept going in my face. The waitress was not very good the food was really not very good at all in fact when we went to pay for our food I had mentioned it to the person taking the money and she had actually give my money back because there was a couple other things that also happened. So as the month went by I said to my husband while we might as well use what's on the card you know because we have it so he had an appointment in Lima Ohio and we decided to go there and have supper and hopefully that it had changed and that was just a fluke that it had happened that day. It was not. At least there was no candles on the table they had taken them all off the food was not that great again I was not impressed to say the least I am most definitely not ever going back there again so that is my experience and I hate to put that out there like that but that's the truth. The one other thing that I wanted to add was it doesn't seem like there is very many choices on the menu of different dinners to have its only like there's four major ones to choose from and I really didn't like any of them two of them basically hamburgers just in a different shape so I think maybe they should get more variety that would help. They're also about the only restaurant that I know that doesn't have cottage cheese.

Burnt bacon, waitress even acknowledged how badly burnt it was. Hashbown casserole was not good at all. I've tried to give this place several chances but it always seems lackluster. Officialy done trying.

There is nothing to choose from on the menu the food was not that good definitely not like it used to be

Great service and boneless chicken! If Colonel Sanders could make chicken like Cracker Barrel he would have been a general by now!

Food is Really Good here, but if you're a coffee drinker I don't suggest getting it here it was bitter tasting. It wasn't good to me at all. Service is Great, very Friendly wait staff. I will definitely eat here again.

The food was very good and served hot. Our waitress was prompt and attentive. My only con is that the place is very dimly lite which sometimes makes it difficult to see the menu for us older folks.

Took my dad to dinner he had to wait for his food while everyone else in our group ate and didn't get his meal till almost everyone else was done. I won't be back unless I absolutely have to

It was not a good experience. I was extremely dissatisfied with FELICIA (she wasn't even our waitress) my husband put the salt and pepper away from our five year old who decided to start whipping it around, so he put it on the ledge for no more than 30 seconds. Felicia came over and asked "did you put this here? " My husband said "yes. " She cut him off and said " well maybe you shouldn't put it there" and stomped off. Maybe she was having a bad day? So was I. Sometimes a smile can go a LONG way.
