Waitress took my plate away before I was finished thought that was kind of rude her way of saying get out. She never asked if I was done or not just took my plate

Eggs were not cooked, biscuits and gravey was awful. Gravey tast like flour no flavor. Sausage has an overload of pepper. And they would not take off my bill when all I ate was the bacon. The waitress was so slow, didn't even offer refill on coffee

We were seated it took a a waitress over 10 minutes to acknowledge that we were there and when she came to our table she was like I will be back to get your drink order I got to grab refills for another table which is fine but it took her 10 minutes. When we gave her our drink and food she kept having us repeat ourselves. It took 15 minutes to get our drinks. It took almost an hour to get our food. The food was ok some of our food was cold. I asked for a refill it took me 3 times of asking before I finally got it. We asked for boxes she brought us one.

Great service, amazing food, we had a 5 person group with a special needs toddler and they were great accommodating our requests to not annoy others with any outbursts or distractions. Service couldnt have been more friendly! Be prepared to tip well- they earn it!

I called to place a to go order and was told that no one was there to make my to go order so you’re telling me that the guy that cooks the food and puts it on a plate cant instead put it in a to go box and send it out the door just like any other sit down meal?

We ate here for our Junebug birthday club. It was a wonderful experience. Our food was excellent and the new watermelon lemonade was superb! We especially enjoyed our server Melanie

Put our name on list was told 25-30 minute wait. 45 minutes after checking in! Our name was skipped over after a party of 11 didn't show. Hostess accommodated a pushy baseball team mom with 15 in group. Skipping a number of smaller groups. After we were told we were skipped we walked across parking lot to Denny's!

Because of covid (I'm assuming) the restaurant wasn't packed, therefore service was very fast and we enjoyed a very good meal.

Social distancing and masks A+. Would most definitely eat there again. And yes the food was excellent as well.

A tad slow considering they are at 50% or so of capacity. The broccoli cheddar chicken was great though.

Went there to eat and the food and service was horrible. There was 4 of us and they messed up every order the fish was under cooked we didn't get our sides. Salad was just a bowl of lettuce friends burger was almost rew when he asked for well done. They didn't even apologize for all the screw up's. I would never stop here again.

Was very good I had chicken salad was alsome waitress was alsome and had dessert 2 scoops of ices cream with chocolate very nice

My husband and i went Saturday around 10: 30 am and they was not very busy we waited 10 minutes to be seated then we waited another 15 minutes before our waitress came to just get our drink order. So then we get our drinks we just hurried and gave her our food order i asked for toast while i waited on my food and so we waited another 15 for 2 slices of toast and it never came we got up and left how ridiculous to have to wait for 2 peices of toast i mean come on u put 2 peices of bread in the toaster and wait 2-3 minutes and omg you have toast i shouldn't have waited more than 5 minutes for my toast. Yes i know I am ranting about toast but its the point how long we had to wait and i had medicine i had to take.

I'm saying the food was good but the service could have been much better but she was new and baby needed a little extra help from her coworkers how to serve others

The food was awesome! No waiting to be seated. Service was great and our food was hot and delicious. Pay them a visit

If you come go first thing in morning. I've had the best service then. Except the last time I visited it was on a sunday afternoon.they had about a 5-10 minute wait to be seated so i stood off to the side and waited.decided to place a to-go order instead and waited for someone to come place it.meanwhile the girl at the front podium tells an elderly woman with a cane that she cannot wait inside for a table, she had to go outside or to her car and wait. Her husband points out that there are other people waiting inside. (The shop area was rather crowded! Including me, also waiting inside) The old lady refused to go back out "No, it was enough trouble getting in here" as she made a motion with her cane. This is just what I witnessed and heard perfectly while I waited for assisstance.
On top of that, I waited too long and no one came to place my order so my husband and I just left and went to Bob Evans across the street.

Our server was a lady named Bert! It was great! She was efficient, friendly, and clearly knew what she was doing!)

The food was disgusting! Dry food no flavor my meat was red. Asked for A1 and he gives me a empty bottle. The service was bad! And there was only my table of 4 and one other table that had 2 people at it. So there should of been no reason anything was bad. The workers did more standing around talking than actually working and making sure we was good.

Hate to say it but it wasn't good old Cracker Barrel. Service was fine, food took quite a while and I was told they didn't have any biscuits after I was told they would be right out. Disappointed but I'm sure I'll be back

Ordered food. Took over an hour to get. Then food was cold and parts of our meal was missing. I understand they were busy but this was an awful experience.
