Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Sheffield Lake OH

Server was Fantastic very friendmy but not over done. Happy to see us and Thanked us being able to come out!

The service was amazing the food was amazing! No matter what time of day breakfast is my favorite and they just do it right!

This is suppose to be chicken and dumplings? 4 small thin dumplings under the water broth that as seen completely flooded hash brown casserole. Ugh… just disgusting.

Love the little gift shop. Always such seasonal beauty. Always clean, great food and staff are friendly

What a great store so clean and well stocked! So many beautiful Christmas decorations! And reasonable prices! And super great employees! Great visit to store and restaurant!

Friendly staff and the fried food was on point. Always a good place for families to browse for the holidays. I only gave it a 4 out of 5 because I think there could have been a little more organization of how they communicated with each other for order fulfillment.

It was a country meal that I enjoyed.with corn muffins & biscuits for free if your in the area of cracker barrel do go the store is beautiful you can buy clothes & many other things 5

We knew Crackerbarrel was open for Thanksgiving so we planned our day around it. We had about a 15 minute wait. The biggest surprise was that there were only 3 choices for eating. We ordered and it was fine. Our server was on her 4th day and was pleasant. Food was quick and fairly warm. Could have been hotter, but tasty for what we had to choose from. Overall 4 stars. Love the gift area. Glad they were open but to get 5 stars would need a little more choices and hotter food. Solid experience.

Went to Cracker Barrel for Thanksgiving. Were very pleasantly surprised at minimal wait and quick service I am sure that had to do with the limited menu which left a little to be desired.a turkey dinner (with no mashed potatoes!) Chicken and dumplings or a hot vegetable plate. No substitutions allowed. But the food was hot and tasty. Overall a good experience

What can I say.it's Cracker Barrel. Food is always good as is the service. You may have to wait for a table, but it is worth it.

Totally loved the pancakes, if they were the only thing to give stars to it would be a 5 star all day. My issues with with the side dishes, whomever plates them was extremely stingy.and the bacon strips were a bit shabby. Our server was very polite and friendly. My wife said her rare steak was seasoned wonderfully and cooked or the lack there of exactly as she would want it. She was also disappointed with her side dishes.

The server we had was very nice, but inhale to say their food was not good at all. The biscuits were cold cornbread was cold and tasteless. They literally gave me a huge plate with about 9 or 10 fries on it! We paid over 75$ dollars and this was supposed to be a late anniversary dinner for my wife and I AND a birthday dinner for my daughter and it was horrible! Probably won’t go back again unless a member of management reaches out or something!

Can’t believe they get rid of the Reuben sandwich it’s usually the main reason we come here. Please reconsider and put it back on the menu.
